Negative experience: Bad experience with this Real Estate Agency. I was managing the purchase of a house in the Province of Pontevedra. They accepted my offer that same day, and immediately sent the necessary data and documents to manage the purchase. There was a discrepancy between the Registry and the land registry regarding the square meters listed. I involved my lawyer, making efforts to resolve it, and we were left waiting for more than two weeks with the draft for the earnest money contract prepared, waiting for three details from the sellers, with the money ready, and suddenly they call me and tell me they are selling it to others, without any room for negotiation or saying, look, it's a different price, or it's due to the discrepancy in the square meters, which I would have resolved both issues immediately and would have paid for that management myself. They left me hanging, having to pay the fees my lawyer incurred for a house I cannot buy, and with the renovation project done. A shame and an incredible lack of professional ethics. I set aside Juan Carlos, the person who showed me the house, because I think this comes from the Elephant headquarters. Real estate agencies should consider how they treat customers, who are not just the sellers; they are the buyers. They play with people's time, money, and dreams. Zero ethics and Zero professionalism. I edit the review based on the Real Estate Agency's response and reiterate that if the owners accepted my offer and we are managing the documentation to sign the earnest money, and for whatever reason they change their minds and are considering other offers (something that was never told to me, in fact, the documentation was sent to draft the contract, except for those two missing details), the least they could do, considering they were perfectly aware of the actions with the notary and registry being performed, is to communicate if they wanted the offer to go up, and I would have done it; at the very least, they should call and put it on the table and not do it behind my back, wasting my time and money, and that call should have been made by the Real Estate Agency, which represents the sellers, the rest is just dodging responsibility.
