Negative experience: Warning to families with minors. We were rejected as tenants simply for having small children, completely ignoring the economic viability and honesty of my family. For this company, only money matters; they tried to charge us as 'fees' the monthly amount prohibited by law. Totally illegal.

Negative experience: Zero professionalism from this woman. They enjoy the privilege of 'managing' properties in Majadahonda for years and believe they have the right to disrespect customers. Regarding the fees, thanks to the new Housing Law (May 2023), the tenant does NOT have to pay the real estate expenses (...) yet they still charge them (and well charged). As for the treatment received, the tone used and the lies are their hallmark. Lastly, just to say that, unless you insist, you will never have access to the owner; why is that?

Negative experience: AWFUL SERVICE. They play with the customer's time, promise things they don't fulfill, and are unable to open the door to show their faces. It is always 'closed' even during working hours, and the lady who works there is the most rude and disrespectful person in the real estate agency. She is rude and treats her customers poorly. I hope you never have to deal with them, especially with this lady.
