If you think it is acceptable to laugh at my offer over the phone (which has been tremendously thought out and matched with two professional property assessors) by saying, and I quote, 'Perhaps in 10 years, if it doesn’t sell, they would accept it, and not even that,' while you are selling a property that needs to be completely renovated, which has been closed for 4-5 years, and which, after being reduced by €200,000 and trying to auction it with only upward bids without having received any offers from the 4 real estate agencies that are managing the property, then I believe that it is not a proper way to treat anyone, especially not a client like me, whose presentation was literally 'I have made 15 offers that are already responding to me, and we are going to acquire 4 or 5 properties of these characteristics.' I was also still waiting for your call for 2 weeks to inform me how the auction of the property went, which never came, and once again, I have to chase you to complete a purchase. I understand that you might have closed over 100 sales recently to disregard potential clients and switch from a professional tone to a mocking tone. I have already resolved the issue of the offer and I am in direct contact with the real owners of the property, who have not felt offended by the offer but are open to entering into negotiations, by the way, without having to pay €3,000 as you indicated to me over the phone, which I obviously would not have deposited with the bad documentation you sent me, without signing a contract or understanding the basis of those €3,000. Of course, this same experience will be reflected on Google so that people know how you treat those who want to buy or are interested in your properties. Best regards.

From his unwavering availability to show the premises on a Sunday, even while recovering from Covid, to signing on a holiday. Always with trustworthy, close, and attentive communication. They even transferred me fifty euros that were not notified at the time of signing due to an error. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Liars! Avoid this real estate agency that claims to sell properties free of debts, and then on the day of signing, you find out that there are multiple debts. This is the working philosophy of its Commercial Director, Pablo Chicharro, who doesn't even bother to answer calls after promising to handle all issues related to property debts.

Fantastic experience: I find them to be very professional people who care about the customer, specialized in the Community of Madrid. They offer real estate services, advise you on all types of insurance, and provide consulting for businesses and self-employed individuals. They are located in the center of Majadahonda, close to a public parking lot, which makes it very convenient to visit them.

Negative experience: Mintieron sobre un contrato. Se negaron a reconocer que habían mentido, tuve que buscar un abogado, que me dio la razón. Luego, más tarde, se negó a negociar con un propietario que se negó a devolver el depósito. Luego no responden a los correos electrónicos. Evítalo.

Negative experience: No recomiendo esta agencia inmobiliaria a nadie. Me citaron una tarde para ver un piso y no se presentaron. Llamé a la persona con la que había quedado y me lo cogió a la tercera llamada, ni se acordaba de la cita y me dijo que esperase 2 horas para que le diera tiempo a prepararse y venir, eso es seriedad y compromiso? QUE VERGUENZA!!!

Negative experience: Poco profesional. No contestan las llamadas ni los mensajes, llamandoles una semana para concretar una visita y no muestran ni un minimo de interes. No recomendado

Negative experience: Llevo tres meses esperando a que me arranquen la puerta antiokupa. Llevo tres meses esperando a que me gestionen lo de los GASTOS. Llevo tres meses esperando. Mucha dejadez. SOLO para pagar. Te BLOQUEAN TU TELEFONO, para No atenderte. YO QUE TU NO ME FIABA NI DEL P.CHICHARRON. Menudo PERSONAJE. UN LISTO. La pasta, La pasta. Que asco!!!.
