In my opinion, Juan meets all the requirements to advise you on any sales management. He does a good follow-up with his clients, is well-trained, cultured, approachable, and always knows how to listen to you with a smile. Unfortunately, nowadays, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified and trustworthy professionals in the real estate sector who meet this series of qualities. Negative experience: Poco formales, me llaman sin avisar un Domingo a las 10 de las noche para venir a visitar la casa y al dia siguiente llamo para reconfirmar y me dicen que el fotógrafo no está disponible y que vendrá otro día. Hoy me llama otra comercial y lo mismo que tiene que ser cuando a ellos les venga bien. ¿Quién es el cliente?. Poca profesionalidad no lo recomiendo
