Negative experience: They wanted us to sign a deposit in advance without the other party present. Then who knows what they do with that contract, probably pressuring other buyers to raise their offers. And really, you haven’t reserved anything with that deposit, because you have only signed. A totally illegal practice. On the other hand, shady negotiations like 'If you give me €2000 for me, I will fight harder for your offer.' I don't believe any 5-star reviews. If anyone doubts that what I'm saying is true, I have copies of the contracts they wanted us to sign. I don’t think they dare to say that I don’t exist as a client. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Update September 13, 2024 As I see they have taken the trouble to respond to me to, as usual, say that everything is a lie, I feel obliged to add more information. My criticism is not to discredit those who work there; it is to share the truth of what happened to us with this real estate agency in the Las Rozas office, to show how one feels when they try to take advantage. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they simply say that it’s all a lie, which says a lot about their customer evaluation policy and reaffirms everything I think. It’s true that the 'probably' comes from my own understanding, because after talking to César for quite a while on the phone, I couldn't understand why they wanted us to sign a unilateral deposit contract in advance without the other party being present; something that is an outright abuse, since that contract could be made effective whenever they wanted as soon as the other party signed or not signed at all and would be worthless, thus only committing us. I told him, 'But tell the other party to come, and I’ll sign the contract with them whenever you want, but both parties at the same time as the law states,' and he told me that doing it that way was 'company policy.' I have the contract in front of me, dated May 17, 2024, with the names of the purchasing party (us), the seller (P.A.G. and P.M.A.), the cadastral reference of the property, and the intermediation of 'SERVICIOS INMOBILIARIOS Y COMERCIALES NOROESTE S.L.U.' I mention this because if they authorize me, I can take a picture without any problem. I don’t like being called a liar when the wrongdoing comes from their side, not mine. Also, as I suspected, they say I don’t appear in the company’s records; well, that’s very odd, because while we were talking to César in the glass-walled lounge at the back, a girl came and took our IDs. I encourage them that if, as they say, they are working very hard, to take this criticism into account to improve and stop abusing customers, taking advantage of the fact that contracts are not something everyone is familiar with. On the other hand, and I regret to say, it is true that César literally told us that the more commission we gave him, the harder he would fight for our offer. I’m sorry, but THIS WAS EXACTLY HOW IT WAS. I also wish them a great day.
