Negative experience: I rented for a few months and after leaving, they incorrectly returned my deposit due to an 'error'. Two months later, it has not been resolved and David does not help to solve it when he is the one who has contact with the owners. They owe me money and do not give me an answer. I do not recommend them; when you need them, they disconnect and blame the owner.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. David was lovely, he accompanied me throughout the whole procedure and was always friendly, polite, and efficient. I recommend him without a doubt, thank you very much!!

Fantastic experience: I have been collaborating with them for years and if there is one thing that defines them, it is seriousness, professionalism, good work, honesty, and kindness. Few real estate agencies take care of the details like they do, starting with their commitment to professional photography, which is one of the foundations for standing out in the marketing of homes. And I know the work of quite a few real estate agencies.

Negative experience: Not recommended. I had two very bad situations with them. The first time we made an appointment to see an apartment and after waiting for 30 minutes we called and left. They called me back later and said they were painting and forgot to call. And today it was the same thing, we went and after 10 minutes we called and they told us it was already rented and they had forgotten to call. In summary, this has never happened to me before and I hope it does not happen again, what a waste of time.

Negative experience: They cancel visits without notice. They keep advertisements for properties that have already been sold... one star is too much.
