We went through another one that left much to be desired, so I can compare the service and quality that Carmen and Ani have offered us. They helped us throughout the process, which has not been easy due to personal issues, and at all times they supported us in every way possible. They are very good sellers, know how to handle potential buyers, and are familiar with the notary process, accompanying us at all times. Highly recommended and I will pass on their reference whenever I can.

Negative experience: Al principio muy agradables, dicen que cuando tengan las llaves te avisan para ver el piso, transmiten mucha confianza. Pero es mentira, no te avisan, les llamas y dicen que ya lo enseñaron a 3 y ya no lo van a enseñar a nadie más sin dar ningún motivo. No pongo menos estrellas por que no se puede.
