Negative experience: They valued a chalet for a very low price, fortunately we didn't listen to them and we ended up selling it for 170k more than what they said it was worth. They don't know what they are doing.

Negative experience: The ads are fake. You can't buy any of the apartments they have listed. It's misleading advertising. They tell you that the ones you're interested in are already sold and take your details in case something else comes up. SCAM.

Negative experience: They are scammers. Or some kind of front, the deposit documents are not legal. Reported. Be careful.

Negative experience: This real estate agency is a scam. After more than 5 calls expressing interest in seeing chalets that they supposedly had listed, they never contact you back. This has happened to me on four occasions. I don't know if the houses actually exist, but what I'm sure of is that if there is even one person who has listed their house for sale through them, they have been stealing their money.

Negative experience: I arranged to meet them today at 7 PM, I let them know that I am at the door of the apartment. They tell me that they are leaving the office (already late) and 25 minutes later when I call them again they tell me that the apartment is already rented, couldn't they have notified me before I went to see it? A bunch of unprofessional people, not recommendable at all. I was assisted by a guy named Juan!!!

Negative experience: They are scammers. They want to charge you the agency fee which is ILLEGAL, and when you complain, all they say is that 'these are orders from above'. I report that something will fall on you for taking advantage of people and being disgraceful.

Negative experience: UNRELIABLE. Samuel from InmoNoroeste is unreliable. I have been contacting him since April 16 until today (May 9) for a visit to a house in Las Rozas, and he responds whenever he wants. The visit was scheduled for May 10, and since May 7 I have been asking for confirmation of the visit, but he didn't reply until May 9 to tell me that the house is already reserved.

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism. It feels like a cover-up or money laundering. They don't return calls. They show apartments that are not for sale. They evade responsibilities and poorly manage the discomfort they cause the customer. Be careful!

Negative experience: REPORTED FOR FRAUD. They take your information and cancel the visit. It turns out that the ads are fake and they only want to collect data to obtain information about potential clients. They do not comply with the data protection laws. During the first call, you will realize that they are scammers. Run away.

Negative experience: Very poor management and very unprofessional. In our case, the salesperson is called Juan. They post an apartment, and you call 10 minutes later. They take your details because it can't be seen yet, but when you ask again less than 24 hours later, the apartment is already sold. Do not trust this real estate agency for selling or buying.

Negative experience: There is no way to see any of the properties they advertise... if you are selling your property, don't do it with them (you probably won't get a single visit!). We have tried at least 10 times to contact them between October and April to see various properties over the months... if they answer the phone, 'they take note' to call you back and they never do. Then after insisting several times, they tell us that we are on their list from other calls and that they will call us back... and here we are still waiting! It's outrageous, especially if you have hired them to sell a property!

Negative experience: I requested information for the purchase of an apartment and have not received a response. Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: They put a flat up for sale in the Canadilla area for 229,000. You offer that amount, which is a fixed price, and then the sellers back out. They play with people's hopes of starting a family and having a home by not having the agreed sale price in writing.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I have ever seen in my life. Zero professionalism. Interested in showing an apartment and after more than 10 calls in which they take notes and say they will call me back, which they never do. They just give you the runaround and never get in touch with you. A disgrace. I do not recommend putting an apartment for sale with them at all, since if there are interested clients, they will never call them and you will take longer to sell it.

Negative experience: Cero medidas de seguridad anti-Covid. Me enseñaron un piso con el propietario dentro que llevaba no se sabe el tiempo sin ventilar y lleno de humo de tabaco. Encima el de la inmobiliaria llegó tarde y tuve que pasar más tiempo dentro del que me hubiera gustado.

Fantastic experience: Buenos servicios. Amabilidad, dedicación y buen trabajo. Totalmente recomendable.
