Negative experience: Everything was fine until the notary's appointment. The change of ownership of the supplies was done right there. I was passed through the phone of the Redpiso salesperson to a salesperson I don’t know and they decided to transfer me to another company. Very pressured. Since then, I have been in the process of changing with numerous phone calls and an unnecessary delay.

Negative experience: The salesperson who called me was rude and lacks a lot of experience in selling. I certainly won't contact this agency again; it’s embarrassing. If they have 40 people to sell the property I was interested in, why do they call me? They could have offered me other apartments and given me alternatives, but they were an unfriendly salesperson. I am buying and not giving away my money. On top of that, they messaged me again on WhatsApp about the negative review. They should have treated the customer well in the first call and been friendly.
