Fantastic experience: Good service and friendly helpful stuff. Rented 2 different apartments. Deposit was returned as soon as they receive last bill. Would use this service again, if I would need to stay in La Linea.

Negative experience: I have lived in this city for almost 15 years and have worked with them for several good years. I also know people who have worked/rented with them, but above all, I have spoken with many of their tenants. They own entire buildings that they rent out. 3/4 of them never got their deposit back or received at most 25%. They always find something, and the costs are usually triple. Only collaborate with them if you have no other option for now – but as soon as your contract expires, leave. I'm telling you, you will never recover your money. Also, they have a habit of sending their employees to the apartments when no one is there, unnoticed... to stick notices on the doors! Facebook and other channels are filled with negative reviews.

Fantastic experience: I think whoever is leaving the negative reviews should be largely disregarded, I rented from Rent La Linea for 1 year and never had an issue that wasn't resolved is a professional way. I would and have recommended Rent La Linea to friends and will continue to do so. Adrian is very helpful and speaks fluent English and his colleague also speaks English. My deposit was given back as agreed and everything was great. I will use them again.

Positive experience: I was on a seasonal rental contract and they helped and fixed everything I requested. However, I didn't like that I was accused of taking their sheets which I hadn't even used and leaving others (which were the ones that were there) with paint stains. Still, good treatment and kindness.

Negative experience: Don't expect your deposit to be refunded! No other fellow tenants I know of has ever received any of their money back. Beware of letting the maintenance man in if you aren't home, he'll go through your stuff looking for something to pinch. This is probably the first rental agency you saw after you crossed the border. There are others nearby. Try them instead. Replying to your response: I wasn't in that apartment for 2 years. Your own cleaner cleaned the apartment. No furniture was broken Your mechanic did have a complaint. Mine. Despite having video footage of your mechanic going through my stuff and taking items and placing it in his pocket, the response I received was that I should move out and that the mechanic was going to report me to the police! I suspect this was the first time your mechanic was caught in the act rather than the first time he'd actually stolen anything. I have video proof if anyone would like to see it.

Negative experience: THIEVES. They returned 100 euros less of the deposit, supposedly for buying a glass from a coffee maker (which we hadn't used), 40 euros for the glass, obviously they didn't show us the invoice. 5 hours of cleaning (without an invoice) for cleaning an apartment that they themselves said was in perfect condition and clean when handing over the keys. Besides this, there have been numerous insults during the rental year. If you want to be robbed in your face without being able to do anything, you can rent with IOLSL, but they are going to cheat you for sure. SHAMELESS. Oh, by the way, they don't even answer my phone to explain, but of course, you can't explain a scam.

Quiero mencionar que me ayudaron rápidamente cuando tuve problemas en la casa con el aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, cuando deje el piso, todo fue genial, me devolvieron la fianza.

Fantastic experience: Great agency that always has an open ear and helps. I lived in one of your apartments for 6 months. I was able to have my packages and mail delivered to them, a new mattress was provided as the old one was sagging and the communication was excellent. Fantastic experience: Una atención de 10. Da gusto encontrar tan buen servicio. Desde luego, muy recomendable.

Negative experience: Estafadores, nunca te devuelven la fianza completa. Te dan el piso con humedades en el techo, cucarachas y microondas con óxido y luego cuando te vas te cobran 160 euros por la limpieza del piso. No lo recomiendo.

Negative experience: Mal servicio al atender a personas extranjeras, tanto para alquilar piso como para contratar personal, dicen que no están buscando para trabajo a nadie, denigrando y juzgando sin saber las capacidades o profesionalidad de la persona sólo por poseer diferente acento español aún teniendo en cuenta que en las páginas de empleo SI están buscando personal... Pésimo trato para y con el cliente/personal.
