Fantastic experience: I was offered very good advisory service as I felt so lost with all the paperwork for the purchase of a property. Manu is very professional and has given me a lot of reassurance at all times.

Negative experience: I visited a house for sale. I made a firm offer with 80% of the capital in hand, under a deposit contract for penalties. And they told me that they would not pass it on to the owner without first depositing €2,000 (refundable in two weeks) in favor of TECNOCASA as a 'reservation'. They do not sell homes, they auction them. Unfortunately, this 'American way' is becoming a trend among real estate agencies, making it even more difficult for individuals to buy in favor of multiple owners and investment funds. The result of this commercial policy will be that cities like La Línea will become expensive dormitories for rich foreigners while local workers will have to emigrate.

Negative experience: I find it incredible how they played us; we were going to put a deposit on the house and everything was already agreed upon, and suddenly they call us to say it was already sold. They have no word at all. We didn't give the deposit earlier because they told us to meet a day later.
