Fantastic experience: We have used Ibiza Key to secure a summer rental villa in Ibiza for 3 years. We looked to a number of agencies in the first year, but the levels of attentiveness, understanding of our needs and ability to show us the right properties in a professional manner has meant we won't go anywhere else. John has been amazing in supporting us in every aspect of our rental, not just finding it, but during the season as well. He has even given us some great advice on where to eat, drink and be merry! He has acted a go between for us and the property owners and has helped us with aspects that allow us to keep the villa in its best state. We will always use Ibiza Keys and I can't recommend these guys highly enough, I promise you'll feel the same.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommended, very kind people and honestly a very professional service, in this case we were attended by Carolina.

Negative experience: Not happy at all. Loads of lies told to me about the property and the landlord. Seems to be way in Ibiza lately. Overpriced undersized prison cell style apartments. Just catering for the rich. They do not care about you. They just want money money money. It’s people like this that are ruining the island. Overpriced, noisy and dangerous. He tried to sell me that the owner was a poor man. The guy owns a house a few apartments and a massive car dealership. They refused to even talk about putting some shade up. Even tho I offered to pay half. So in the summer months the entire apartment is pretty much unusable as it turns into a tiny little sweat box. Stop renting these places from these people. The greed has to stop.

Fantastic experience: Sinceramente, no puedo estar más agradecida con ellos, en particular con Sheila, que es la agente con la que traté yo. En el momento en que contacté con ellos no tenían nada disponible para alquilar, pero se quedaron con mis datos y sabían de mi situación para avisarme en el momento en el que les saliera algo que pudiera cuadrarme. Estaba a cuatro días de mudarme a Ibiza y aún sin casa donde vivir, nunca pensé que podía ser tan extremadamente complicado buscar casa de alquiler allí, pero lo era, y más desde la distancia. Como un milagro, Sheila me llamó, aún creyendo que ya tendría casa buscada, y me dijo que se había quedado un piso libre y me tenía en cuenta de cuando contacté con ellos, y, menos mal, nos quedamos con ese piso sin dudarlo, ya que la agencia nos dio confianza desde el principio, ya que a diferencia de otras muchas con las que contactamos, nos contestaron desde primera hora, escucharon nuestras necesidades, el trato era super profesional, hicimos llamadas telefónicas, videollamadas... Me dio mucha seguridad. Así que a la hora de preparar todo para nuestra llegada inminente a la isla, en cuatro días, fue todo super fácil y siempre ayudándonos en todos los trámites con los caseros. En definitiva, se portó genial con nosotros, fue muy atenta y agradable y nos ayudó en todo. Da gusto tratar con personas que se preocupan por los demás y tienen un trato tan humano, más sabiendo como está de difícil el mercado inmobiliario en Ibiza. Si no llega a ser por ellos, no sé dónde nos hubiéramos metido a nuestra llegada, con un bebé incluido... je je Les estaremos eternamente agradecidos. Y respecto al piso y los caseros, de 10, era tal y como se veía en las fotos y vídeos que me mandaron desde la inmobiliaria, ninguna sorpresa a la llegada, ya que era tal y como la habíamos visto ya, y el casero muy buena persona, nos recibió cuando llegamos y nos ayudó a subir la mudanza, traía hasta toallas por si necesitábamos, muy buena persona y ningún problema hasta el día de hoy. Sheila ya me había avisado de que era muy buen casero, ya que llevaba trabajando con ellos mucho tiempo.
