Not only does he provide no justification, but he does so with arrogance. It was very unpleasant to work with him. I paid what I was supposed to pay, and when I was late, never in an exaggerated way, since the rent was annual, I had constant pressure from his side and even though it was exaggerated, I still thought they were within their rights, only now, six months later and with everything that Covid has caused in my business. He says he doesn’t have time to return my deposit. He doesn’t answer my calls. They are not pleasant people, and although they can put on a good face for business, they are bad behind the scenes. Respuesta a tu critica: No fue una vez que llamé, fueron varias. En todos ellos colgaron el teléfono. Para cualquier empresa, ya sea que esté recibiendo llamadas de clientes, quejas o incluso anuncios, nunca debe colgar el teléfono. Si eres un cliente, trátalos con amabilidad. Si es una queja, trate de solucionar su problema. Si es un comercial, si no hay interés, y pídales amablemente que no lo vuelvan a contactar. A diferencia de ti, no tengo la costumbre de mentir, así que no tengo que darme explicaciones. Si digo que llamé varias veces y me colgaron es porque es verdad. Me pondré en contacto con su competencia en el futuro. Tratar a las personas con respeto.
