Fantastic experience: we have met with various real estate agents on the island. Many made either an uninterested or even dodgy impression, took days to reply back, made wrong claims about the property or seemed like being after a quick flip rather than serving the needs of a prospective buyer. Some of that was actually to be expected, but still: we're talking about what for most people will be their biggest life-time investment, not some cheap used car sale. To our suprise Miguel and his team were very different. He was very transparent about the real estate, even warning us about some bad bits we might have ignored during the initial euphoria phase. During the whole process he was very quick to react (even weekends etc. when we didn't expect a swift reply), always supportive (even with many issues which did not lie within his responsibility, of which there are many as a foreign buyer) and very pro-active. Rather than my generic assumption about a real estate agent (talk the prospects into buying the property, cashing in the comission and be done with it), he gave us the impression he genuinely cared about getting the most benefit for both the vending and the buying party (us). His team even helped us after the sale to sort all the administrative tasks like water and energy supplier, registering with the municipality etc. We knew remotely buying a property on Ibiza with just one visit and steering all the necessary tasks leading up to this from abroad would be a challenge, but thanks to his support everything went down smoothly. So, in a nut-shell: customer-oriented, pro-active, trustworthy, helpful - we were very impressed.

Without the required documentation, we cannot proceed with the rental, as it is essential to guarantee the security of the agreement.
