Fincas de la Torre

Negative experience: Since 2021, I have been affected along with my property, which in turn affects the tenants, due to the administrator Silvia and her secretary, all of which is known to Sergio de la Torre. I have received shouts and mistreatment from the administrator Silvia, and it has taken more than 30 days for them to attend to repairs. They do not send me the minutes, but they do charge me for them. They do not allow adding topics to discuss in meetings; the administrator makes decisions on her own, such as exonerating a president from paying the community fee. This president and the administrator made false accusations to the town hall to harm me. This president submits invoices of 300€ each year, allowed by the administrator. They send people to my property without asking for my permission. Since 2020, a complaint has been filed against the current president of the premises; he raised the ducts of his air conditioners through the kitchens' and bathrooms' vents throughout the building, resulting in bad odors and no ventilation. There are two technical reports that say so, yet no action has been taken against this gentleman, even though he is continuously reported, thus gaining support from these individuals. The elevator has been broken for 6 years, and we have continued to be charged for its use during these 6 years, and they have refused to demand repairs. This administration is a bunch of shameless people, to say the least about them. EVERYONE knows what they do; all they do is impose costs three times more expensive, change a light bulb for 90€... and zero maintenance of the building. We don't even have a cleaning lady, no elevator, and it has been 20 years since a single light has been changed. Look for another administration because these are the garbage of Ibiza. They know very well that to report them, you have to report to the community and seek a lawyer, which is why they do what they do. I recommend that if you experience the same, you get in touch with the Diario de Ibiza, which is already gathering information about this company and people.
