Negative experience: Paula leaves a lot to be desired in how she treats customers. Once she gets paid, she makes her own conclusions and disappears. Thankfully, there is another girl from the agency who is more competent and empathetic. Now I understand the bad reputation that some said the agency had, but I did not have personal experience to judge it. EDIT: Paula's response is not true, I have neither threatened her nor has she tried to convey 'poor man' at any moment, nor have I asked her to pay anything.

SCUM beyond words, they kept me entertained giving me the runaround to buy an apartment, talking with the bank, with a date to sign the deposit, and today I find out they have sold it elsewhere. People without their word, incapable of telling the truth from the beginning. Don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: Hello! If what you want is to lose your money, this real estate agency is the one for you! Our apartment became too small and they told us there would be no problems with the deposit, big mistake. I would have preferred to sleep under a bridge than deal with these people.
