Negative experience: Very cool. While the tenants of an apartment they are going to rent arrive, they let their troublesome friend stay for a few days, and she spends her time lurking and squatting apartments with her buddies and making the neighbors' lives miserable. Very professional overall.

Negative experience: The worst service ever! They canceled my booking and they never got back to me with a solution. David, their employee, promised he’ll offer another villa, but he never picked up the phone again.

Negative experience: Nada profesionales,impresentables,te dicen que ahora te llaman para ver un piso y aquí sigo esperando después de 3 dias.

Negative experience: tras ver las reseñas me sorprende ver el trato recibido, no se si sera una excepcion, pero me mando la info de un piso para visitar puesto que estaba interesado en comprar, quedamos para un dia y una hora en concreto. llegado el dia no se presento, al escribir preguntando que donde estaba, me contesto con un audio diciendo que no tenia visitas programadas y que ya estaba vendido el piso. entiendo que el piso se vendiese en el transcurso desde que quedamos hasta que fue la visita, pero al menos podrian avisar. tambien podrian tener la decencia de contestar al whatsapp pidiendo perdon, pero ni se molestan, directamente pasan. no lo recomiendo para nada

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from Ibiza having stayed at Villa Can Americano.The accommodation exceeding our expectation ,immaculately kept and located in a tranquil countryside setting perfectly located in the centre of the island.The villa was spacious with newly refurbished bathrooms and clearly the owners take pride in looking after the property .Both David and Diana from ihouse were attentive and were the perfect hosts .My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Fantastic experience: I made a booking but had to cancel (code orange Covid virus), normally I had to pay 30%. I called iHouseIbiza, and asked them if I could cancel without any cost. David was very helpful and friendly, and responded quickly. I could do a cancellation without any cost, thanks a lot iHouseIbiza! If next year traveling is possible for me again I will certainly book with you.

Fantastic experience: Hemos reservado con iHouseibiza una villa para nuestras vacaciones en Ibiza. La villa era aún mejor que lo que se veía en las fotos, 5 habitaciones dobles , 3 baños hizo que en 8 personas cada una podía haber tranquilamente su espacio independiente. La piscina excelente. Los chicos de iHouseibiza nos ofrecieron un servicio excelente, nos esperaron por el check in a pesar de que nuestro vuelo había llegado muy tarde nos acompañaron hasta la casa para hacer el check-in. Muy amable y siempre disponible! Realmente recomiendo reservar con iHouseibiza ! Un servicio de 10! Sin dudas repetiremos! Gracias iHouseibiza hemos pasado estupenda vacaciones !
