Negative experience: Tal cual como indica su nombre solana, te quedas más sola y desilusionada. Te hacen perder tu tiempo enseñándote el piso, te dicen que no está alquilado... después no contestan a tus mensajes, ni a las llamadas y te puedes tirar días así, pero cuando llama otra persona con otro número, lo cogen corriendo y para justificarse, te ponen la excusa más barata que se pueden inventar “que se lo queda un familiar” y encima tienen el descaro de seguir teniendo en alquiler en su página web. Falta de profesionalidad, poca empatía e irresponsables. La verdad que nunca había tratado con una agencia igual. No la recomiendo a nadie.

Fantastic experience: I used Pepa Roig and her team at Solana estate agency to locate, view and ultimately assist in buying our wonderful pair of flats in Ibiza old town in July 2018. Their local knowledge and their professional/trade contacts have been invaluable before and after the purchase: from legal to architectural to plumbers and electricians. And for us, with our (currently!) limited Spanish, their ease with the English language has made the whole process of buying, owning and subsequently letting one of the properties effortless. This is not to mention the ongoing assistance with maintaining the properties since then. I could not make a higher recommendation for someone contemplating purchase or rental in Ibiza.
