Negative experience: Very bad, an agent named Roma contacted me to propose a rental of an apartment in Eivissa. I was very interested, I contacted her several times, even my calls went unanswered. She replied that the apartment is 'on hold' when I asked for the details to calculate whether to wait for the situation to clarify or look for something else, agent Roma hasn't responded to me. And since then zero contact from her part. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I was interested in a property with 'house/storage' in Santa Ines. During the process, there was great pressure for me to sign an abusive deposit contract, a rush to sign, according to the real estate agency due to the owner's illness, until I was informed at the Sant Antoni town hall that there were two pending administrative proceedings at the Consell de Ibiza: 1st for harboring animals on the property without permission 2nd for the change of use from storage to house. I was also informed that this was not the first time information about this property had been requested at the town hall. What can be deduced from all this is, 1st the real estate agency knew all this. 2nd they do not carry out transparent management and their only goal is to make money by any means. I advise being very careful.

Asimismo, hemos de rogarle que se sirva en actualizar la información pública que de esta propiedad se ha puesto a disposición de su representación en el proceso, toda vez que no adolece en la actualidad de ninguna incidencia administrativa pendiente de resolución que pudiera afectarle negativamente. Negative experience: My experience has not been satisfactory. After the visit, they ask for a 1% deposit to block other visits, although I was willing to proceed with the deposit directly. In the first contract with the 1% deposit, the buyer can no longer change their mind, or they lose this deposit, while the seller can and loses nothing. But what has caused me the most dissatisfaction was discovering after buying that there were two fees for an assessment to pay, even though I had asked more than once if there was anything pending. When I complained, I was told that if it was important to me, I should have asked before going to the notary so that it would be included in the deed. For me, this is not what a buyer expects when using the services of a real estate agency.
