Fantastic experience: We had an amazing week in Casa petita. A beautiful villa set in the most peaceful valley. Everywhere is easy to get to. The villa was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Beds were amazing. The outside space was stunning. You would have to have a car to stay here. We will definitely be coming back and hope to every year. It’s definitely a little bit of paradise in Ibiza.

Fantastic experience: The most peaceful of villas with the most incredible view. The perfect place to enjoy Ibiza with children. The pool was the perfect temperature and the air conditioning meant we all slept incredibly well. It served as a real reset. Rosana the host was incredibly helpful, responsive and proactive. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Fantastic experience: A place for those seeking peace and relaxation - a bit off the beaten path yet only 15 to 20 minutes to shopping centers or Ibiza town. The house is tastefully decorated in calm colors, making you feel at home right away. Vincente, the owner, helped us feel welcome from the very first moment with his friendly and charming demeanor. Unfortunately, at the end of April, the weather was not suitable for swimming, yet we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to Ibiza, it will surely be at Vincente's house.

Everything is completely private and secure, the house offers high-quality amenities. Infinity pool with an amazing view. Very spacious accommodation for 6 people. Fully equipped, nothing is missing. Check in and Check out were very punctual in the presence of the very pleasant site manager, attentive to every request. A rental gem. We will return.....

Negative experience: Watch out! Rox Ire offers and represents the house in the pictures. Located in Torrent Cala Vadella there are 3 orange color houses, the unit in the middle is the landlord home and the one if front of him is the rental unit he eenrsZ Realtor Agency was good overall, Problem comes with check out procedure with owner and the absence of the realtor. I rent a 2Bd house close to Sardina Loca in Cala Vadella- St Josep, I lived there all summer season. Mid May-Oct Agency fee is 10 % from total +tax : includes making agreement and accompanying you to the check in, and all your hesitations/visits were solved fast. Bad side from Rox Ire Agency : they dont come to check out day and they are not the ones keeping your deposit. (Here where I dont agree because I paid the invoiced fee invoiced and I feel the check out it was part of my stay). Attitude from landlord suddenly changed after I paid my last month of rent. I informed my date/time departure by ferry to move back to Spain and never get an answer. From the beginning this landlord asked all payments must be done in cash if I wanted the house. (Rent was 2150 eur/month) Landlord was not answering my messages of meeting me on my last day, I had to persist. Finally, the evening before my departure picked up my call. Even the agency didn’t get details from him or thats what I got from them. Next day, landlord arrived late and completely in rage entered the house and right after checking an outdoor seat, yelled to me: “You broke it”, I replied him. “ you already knew needed some nails, I told you but not broken”, he replied sharply and strong repeating himself “You broke it”! Landlord was checking noisily every single drawer, from fridge, cutlery , tables, level of cleaning, walls, lamps. Etc Long-short story landlord was shouting loud in a psyco mode all check out, threatening, insulting. Claiming all the time he was my PATRON , and I wasnt allowed to get money or rent out the other bedroom to visitors, Landlord couldn’t stop, he was coming to me very agressive, loud shouts, moving hands and acting erratic. I was afraid of him, he was verbally abussive. Shouting loud randomly “I am not giving you a penny” adding some insults. I took distance for my own safety , Landlord asked me the keys after about 30 minutes of resisting the landlord psycobreak and not replying any of his abbusive actions. And I said, lets see my utility bills and deposit and I can give it back to you. Then Landord said, ok,” I give you back 1000 eur and you go to your f **** home and not see you anymore. (1000 eur is less than 50% of my money back) I start walking to my car, and I said I will be back with police. Landord changed his mind and he was open to give back more money after police warn, but not the full amount. I was in a rush to get the ferry, so I had no option and took what he gave me, but no showed any utility bill. He even kept treating me and wish my deserves things from far when I was leaving. I finally left the place shaking, and scared and I have to say during the 30 -45 min I was involved in this scary situation in the middle of nowhere in Ibiza with this man in rage and full of jealousy because I rented the other bedroom and shared space with visitors and friends. I handle it no violence and waiting for him to end up, taking distance from his reach. Goal is done If I reach someone and avoid you to be in ripping you off situation. Why he didnt say anything before and if detected so much problem ?? …he kept getting the monthly income instead, Luckily I have my records & proofs Stay safe out there,

Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment for the summer season in Sant Antoni. Everything was perfect, the apartment was wonderful and there were no issues with the community or technical problems in the house. The security deposit was returned. Very little communication with the tenant and the real estate agency since everything was going great. The treatment from the girls at the real estate agency is professional but very distant and impersonal, and as we all know, the rental situation in Ibiza is... you are just another number, they don't care about you. The moment we were leaving the apartment, the next tenant was coming in to see it. Overall, everything was really great but as feedback, a little more attention to the customer's needs would be appreciated since rentals are very expensive.

Negative experience: AVOID!!!! Horrible agent- would not recommend. Had the displeasure of dealing with her a few years ago. Very unprofessional, showed up late and thinks she is doing you a favour by showing you the apartment. Overpriced and each season same house comes on for rent obviously no one wants to re-rent as they feel they have been cheated. BEWARE OF ALL THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE
Buenas tardes es normal que siempre pueda haber personas con respuestas falsas sobre nuestro trabajo, esto es muy común en Google aunque todas nuestras reseñas son positivas de clientes Reales. Tú debes haber puesto un nombre falso porque no tenemos nada con tu Nombre. Si tan real es tu reseña por qué no dices que casa es y tu nombre verdadero? Está claro que la envidia y la competencia puede intentar hacer daño. Pero más de 300 apartamentos y casas que tenemos en stock y todos con reseñas positivas es por un buen trabajo y seguro que es porque elegimos clientes que no son como tú. FELIZ DIA!

Positive experience: My family and I recently returned home from a fantastic holiday in Ibiza. The villa was very special and really made the trip. Rox & Ire provided a good service. However, what really tainted the experience was the insistance for EUR1000 deposit in cash. Although the need to pay the deposit was made clear on the website we booked with (vrbo.com) the fact that they required cash not clearly made. Not only did I have to pay over EUR200 in fees at my bank in the UK, I also felt unsafe travelling with a young family with that cash. Whilst I accept that these terms were no doubt in the small print, Rox & Ire were less than understanding in my request to transfer funds electronically and offered no flexiblity nor understanding. We were left to pay the fees and take the risk for this money transfer, so it goes against their ethos of putting the customer first. Great hol but wouldnt book through them again.
Hola! Gracias por tus comentarios. Entiendo tu insistencia en pagar por banco tu fianza. Pero en la reservas de distintos portales, todos tienen sus métodos en los que Rox & Ire no puede intermediar. Unos lo retienen ellos, otros son con bloqueo en la tarjeta y otros en efectivo. Entonces cuando tú aceptas unas normas de pago con unas condiciones, éstas no se pueden modificar. Te llegaron por correo electrónico el mismo día de tu reserva. Así que lo siento muchísimo, tu experiencia, pero la próxima vez antes de reservar con cualquier portal, infórmate bien de cuál es su método de cobro de pago y de condiciones. Recordar tambien que clientes que NO usan euros, traen su moneda original.Saludos y feliz año!
