Aufklärung und Beratung waren stets vorhanden, die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Ausserdem sind die Angebote von E&V die besten, der Katalog gross um wiederum einen Käufer für eine zum Kauf angebotene Liegenschaft zu finden! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder mit E&V zusammenarbeiten, wenn es wieder um den Kauf oder Verkauf einer Liegenschaft geht!

Negative experience: Después de haberles dicho tres veces que no vendo mi propiedad siguen dejando cartas ofertandome la compra, aparte las llegan incluso a arrojar dentro de la propiedad, o a clavarlas en cualquier parte de la verja, aparcan en la puerta para acceder a otras viviendas de la zona. Se creen los dueños de todo, una empresa de fuera sin ningún tipo de escrúpulos ni respeto por la propiedad de los naturales de la isla, El Ajuntament de Sant Josep ya está al corriente y si es necesario empezaremos a recoger firmas.

Positive experience: They update their photos, still there are some properties with their logo but most of them are not, so good work. It was a horror to check a property on this website. Photos are all with their BIG name in it, how can you ever look at a property in a relaxt way with this big name in a picture? Totally crazy!
