Negative experience: To begin with the apartment didn’t look like in the pictures, secondly the way they handle business is very unprofessional. I’m still waiting for Kamilla to send my deposit back, going back and forth countless times. Be aware that you’ll run into problems renting from this agency. Definitely do not recommend.
Hello Dom, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, we couldn’t find any client under your name in our database, so I can only respond to your comments about the deposit in a general manner. Clause eight of all our contracts specifies that the deposit is paid directly to the property owner, not to the agency. Owners have 30 days to process the corresponding refund. Additionally, any expenses related to cleaning, laundry, outstanding utilities, and damages will be deducted from the deposit. If you need further clarification regarding your deposit, please provide the name of the contract holder, and we will review your case. I remain at your disposal for any questions or concerns. Negative experience: Total lack of professionalism and transparency. I made a reservation with this agency and not only did they not fulfill what was promised, but they also took my money. It's a full-blown scam. Don't trust them, terrible management and zero responsibility. Be very careful when dealing with this agency!

La reserva que realizó no cumplía con las condiciones establecidas, ya que era para un evento de más de 100 personas, una limitación que fue comunicada claramente antes de confirmar la reserva. Entendemos su malestar, pero es fundamental señalar que el pago realizado se utilizó para cubrir las fechas que quedaron bloqueadas y se perdieron debido al incumplimiento de las condiciones por parte del reservante. Sentimos que la información proporcionada por usted no haya sido precisa, lo cual ha generado inconvenientes tanto para la agencia como para la propiedad. Estamos a su disposición para cualquier duda o aclaración adicional.

Negative experience: The agency is scam, be aware!
Negative experience: The clients of this real estate agency are tenants in the Community of Owners where I have a property, and they have caused many problems by unauthorized use on different occasions of parking spaces belonging to several owners, including myself. The agency committed to demanding the payment of the rent for my illegally occupied parking space for 3 months via a formal notice, and in the end, they did not do it. I believe that as an agency, they have neglected the consequences of the misuse of the garage by their clients. In this situation, I will proceed legally as appropriate.
Hola Verónica, Esperamos que te encuentres bien. Entendemos tu disgusto sobre el supuesto uso indebido de tu plaza de parking pero lamentablemente no pudimos comprobar que se trataba del coche de los inquilinos en este caso, aunque si hubo algún caso aislado en los que los inquilinos utilizaron por error una plaza diferente a la asignada, y te aseguro que apenas se les notificó del mismo, retiraron su vehículo. Entendemos también tu frustración al informarte que conforme a las regulaciones de protección de datos, la agencia no podría proporcionarte los detalles personales de los inquilinos y por ende que dejes una reseña en nuestro perfil como forma de protesta. Sin embargo, queremos informarte por esta vía, aunque ya lo hemos hecho por whatsapp que estamos dispuestos a cooperar plenamente con las autoridades competentes tan pronto se nos requiera, ya que hemos sido asesorados por nuestro departamento legal de la normativa vigente (LOPD) y tal como nos han informado con que facilites la matrícula del coche y cualquier evidencia de que se tratase del coche de estos inquilinos serasuficiente para localizar a los propietarios del mismo. Te alentamos a que presentes la denuncia en la comisaría correspondiente, adjuntando cualquier evidencia que tengas y esperamos que puedas localizarlo Ycobrar el alquiler de tu plaza de parking como nos has comentado. Nuestra experiencia con vosotros en los últimos 18 meses ha sido bastante desagradable, y en dos viviendas distintas. Una verdadera pena tener mala suerte dos veces con clientes tan terribles. Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with Ibiza Genius over the last 3 years in numerous deals. Always 100% professional and comunicative. For clients complaining about deposit retention, they should remember that, as stated and noted in the rental agreements, it is up to the owner to retain and (if required due to guests incurring in damages to the property) discount the proportionate part of the deposit. Ibiza Genius are between landlord and tenant and should not be m ade responsible for either party breaching the agreement.
Negative experience: Super bad and regretful experience, check out was made in October, still haven’t received back deposit, owner of this agency, that we paid agency fee 2000€ and security deposit 2000€- Kamila told she is not responsible for deposit and gave it to owners, that don’t know English and created 100excuses not to give deposit and just blocked me and my girlfriend in whatsup… 5 month left, no deposit back and no calculations made in proper way, only excuses and harassments, my recommendation is to stay away from this agency, unfortunately need to make police report and hire lawyer to ger my money back

Negative experience: So bad experience, 3 month left from checkout, and still waiting back for deposit, Kamilla told she is responsible for dealing with owners and our deposit and stay in safe, in fact she stolen money and owners blocked us, calculated our deposit to pay for renovation of their old terrible apartments and calculated one more apartment bills apartments! That’s so rude and unprofessional! Scamming ukranian refugees, that what genius ibiza does!

Negative experience: Very unpleasant and bad experience, rented old little 2 rooms apartments in ibiza for summer season for 16k euro total 6month, and after I had made chek. Out- 1november, still waiting for giving back my deposit, calculations made in super unprofessional way, and Kamilla with landlord counted together total with second apartment on Palma, in order to take more and not to give back deposit, since 41 day after we checkout started to send photo of new demages that is not done by us, but just 50 years old furniture in super bad conditions, don’t trust this organization- they will smile and tell you everything was good during checkout, and then find 1000ways not to give back your deposit - shameful and shady person! Big mistake to deal with Kamila

Negative experience: Very bad experience, Kamilla changing her attitude dramatically after you make prepayment for her services and agency fee winter for summer season 2023 of nice new interior 1 bedroom with big living room with sofa (total 16k- 6month) recieved message from her pushing take me 2 extra month at winter with same price, then she told me I can’t invite my family and share apartments with friends from and if more then 2 people will stay in 2 rooms apartment- that’s big problem according to Spanish law and owner will call police and break the contract and we will loose whole payment - 16 000ehro , afterwords she proposed me to swap it to 2 bedrooms apartments with also nice fake photos , but in really it appeared to be in extremely bad, dirty and old. Apartments with furniture worse then people throw away to average ibiza garbage pool! No wi-fi, no AC!!! No Bedclothes, apartment is super old dirty, nobody made nothing for 50 years, after we check out - stollen with owners 500€ - super bad experience, waited 1.5 month after check out and going to make police report after my comming back to ibiza, update in next post

Negative experience: Not honest agency, Kamila is two different person before receiving your money . When we give a deposit for booking apartment, she push to change it to another one, which absolutely does not match with previous conditions, she change the apartments for to old ones with rickety beds, without air conditioning, when it’s +35 in the summer in Ibiza. ♀️ Expect surprises and deepest disappointments when working with this agency. Kamila do not return deposit, she are not responsible for her clients, during the all entire stay if you have questions, do not waiting help from her , Kamila will not help you . If you planing cooperate with this agency , you will get only disappointments. Disgusting experience and a bad impression overall of everything. Pin a photo of an apartment for 16 thousand that we did NOT book, Kamila changed it without leaving us a choice, she tell or we lose our deposit, or Kamila offer for rent such apartment. Owners block their clients; when we asked about some help fix something, the handles fall off on the first day of renting , the bed creaks like it’s 100 years old, you will simply get blocked if you ask to add Wi-Fi or a coffee machine (which was not included) for $2,000 a month. for this money they won’t even leave you a one pillow. So that Kamila does not answer her stable answer, as I saw below: “You do not appear in our base as a client of our agency.” Under the comments of people who also fell for her fraudulent deal, I attach a photo of apartment.

Kamilla speaks badly to the clients, and the moment the company collects the fees, they ignore you; they only care about money, and they are also homophobic! Undesirable comments and treatment! Positive experience: Kamilla was our guardian angel after our Airbnb was cancelled 5 days prior to our holiday. The communication from Kamilla was excellent. It was a lovely apartment and a great location but unfortunately a couple of requests were not met which was slightly disappointing. However, we would definitely go back and use Ibiza Genius again.

No obstante, nos gustaría hacer un par de aclaraciones ya que tu reseña no es del todo objetiva.Desde Ibiza Genius, te recordamos que como agencia, nos encargamos simplemente de publicar las viviendas que se nos otorga de parte de los propietarios y realizar los trámites legales entre el propietario y el inquilino. Asimismo, dentro de los servicios que ofrecemos como agencia, incluye aplicar un extenso filtro para buscar al perfil que mejor encaja con lo que los propietarios buscan para sus viviendas.
