Negative experience: They published an OCCUPIED house for €88,000 in the province of Girona. We were interested in making an offer. Two days later, they raised the listing of that house to €127,000. They responded that the price of €88,000 is only for the house and does not include the land, and since it cannot be sold separately, the price rises to €127,000 for everything together (as if it were something normal; houses have always been sold with their respective land). SO WHY DO THEY ADVERTISE THE HOUSE FOR €88,000? I AM STILL TRYING TO FIND A LOGICAL JUSTIFICATION. I don't know what kind of work that is and who falls for this nonsense. Advice: Do not contact them.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for the wonderful management and attention from Santiago Ferrera. He accompanied me throughout the rental process of an apartment. The only bad thing I experienced during the process was the unprofessional handling by Haya regarding the keys; I requested to see 3 apartments that were listed, but I could never see them because the keys were missing. In fact, on the day I was handed the apartment, one key was missing to enter, and the salesperson Santiago was not informed about it. It's a shame that a great salesperson like Santiago is not supported by Haya in terms of punctuality and seriousness. Once again, I thank you, Santiago, for finding me a solution for the apartment.
