Negative experience: After a year in a rented apartment through this real estate agency and deciding to leave the property, it was impossible for them to change the name of the services, despite my insistence via phone and email for three weeks. To get my deposit back, I had to go to court.

Negative experience: Nosotros alquilamos un piso en esta inmobiliaria. Después de un año, nos mudamos a una nueva vivienda por diferentes motivos, y a la hora de dejar el piso desapareció. Como no aparecía, tuvimos que seguir pagando el alquiler del piso donde ya no vivíamos. Cuando éste señor apareció (le enviamos un burofax incluso) no recordaba donde había depositado nuestra fianza. Tuvimos que ir a INCASOL y... Sorpresa! Allí nadie había depositado nada! Acabamos en los juzgados poniendo una demanda monetaria.

Negative experience: Useless agency! Do not recommend please do not go for it! After visiting an apartment that we loved we were made sure that after sent our documentation the flat would be reserved for us till we prepare the remaining documents to move in. Never heard back from them, sent emails, called, sent messages and simply the agent very unprofessional ignored us!! Do not recommend!!
