Negative experience: Terrible experience. Horrible treatment from the agent, Ferran. Little professionalism, arrogant, demanding, and not very solution-oriented. I was interested in an apartment that they would rent out, I contacted them and they asked me for a €900 reservation fee or they would publish the ad at that very moment, threatening that if I didn’t make the transfer in less than 15 minutes, they would publish the ad guaranteeing that thousands of interested people would come and that it would be difficult for me. I made the transfer at that very moment. They demanded 2 months of deposit + the current month, which I agreed to, but my surprise came when they wanted to charge me over €300 to change the name of the utilities, that process is free! Then they wanted to charge me over €500 in fees, I mentioned that by law the property owner should cover that. Despite all this, I accepted because I was interested in the apartment but I expressed my dissatisfaction. Half an hour before the scheduled visit to the apartment (yes, after having made the reservation) they sent me a message telling me they were no longer renting it to me because I had raised too many issues and asked too many questions, which made them think I would be a problematic tenant. I do not know the team, my only interaction was with Ferran, and honestly, I had never dealt with someone so unprofessional and so arrogant; rude is the best thing I could say about him.

Negative experience: Un trato nefasto.Te convencen para que hagas un ingreso de reserva de un piso para que seas el primero en quedarse ese piso,y luego resulta que han cogido fianza de otras personas que ya tenían ellos reservados y ya sabían que iban a entrar esas personas.Por lo que engañan a las personas para que vayan haciendo reservas cuando eso no se puede hacer.De las peores inmobiliarias ,y el trato hacia el cliente fatal.Se indignan cuándo le hablas claro y ellos faltan al respeto.

Negative experience: Pues se hace un reserva enviando nómina y todo de 1700 para un piso alquiler se paga todo para tener reserva la exclusiva para hacer todos los trámites y luego te avisan que ay otro que se queda el piso y deja a una pareja con niño y encima con problemas y todo a dos semanas de octubre cuando ya tienen que dejar el otro piso y encima falta respeto a la hora de hablar bueno en manos de abogados va quedar no lo aconsejó a nadie

Quan feu entrega de claus, assegureuvos que hi vagi també el propietari per evitar malsentesos com el meu que va moure un armari per fer foto de la bruticia i alegar que estava brut per descontar-me per la cara 64 euros en concepte de neteja quan el pis es va entregar en perfecte estat.El meu cas està ara en mans de la justicia perquè no puc permetre que la gent vagi obrant d'aquesta manera per la vida. Actualització 27-11-18. La propietària veient la demanda que li vaig fer em va ingressar a la compte els diners així que no permeteu que us facin el mateix que a mi i denuncieu i defenseu els vostres drets.

Negative experience: Hace ya unos tres años recurrimos a ellos interesados en un piso que ofertaban, nos consiguieron la hipoteca que nosotros no conseguíamos, pero inflando el valor de la vivienda y pagando mucho más de lo que podíamos, por lo que solicitamos la devolución de la reserva. Tras su negativa a devolver el dinero descubrimos que la hipoteca nunca llegó a ser concedida en la entidad bancaria que nos decían. Solo devolvieron la suma de la reserva tras enviarles un burofax amenazando con denunciarlos. Gracias a la abogada que nos asesoró recuperamos nuestro dinero.

Negative experience: Muy impresentables aprovechan cualquier ocasión para quedarse parte de la fianza, ya sé que algunos dirán son los propietarios pero ellos les aconsejan. Muy mala experiencia. Poco recomendable.
