Negative experience: Our experience has been average; the earnest money contract specifies that they are the ones who hold the amount and do not give it to the seller until there is certainty that the operation can be closed with the purchase. We found ourselves in a situation where many, before the deadline for obtaining a mortgage, started calling us because the owner needed the money to meet some payments and they wanted us to give them permission to hand it over. We had to clarify that if they wanted to hand over the money, they would have to take responsibility because that is what was signed. On the other hand, on the same day that the signing was to take place at the notary, the owner could not provide proof of taxes because they were pending payment, which I find wrong because I understand that as mediators, they should request all necessary documents and ensure that everything is in order. A few weeks ago, I requested a document that I could not find and I am still waiting for a response. Honestly, I cannot recommend them. I have had infinitely better experiences in all aspects.
