Negative experience: In my case, I cannot leave a good review. They showed me a parking space, and when I went to occupy it, I was told that it was not the correct one and that I should park on a different floor. Since it was not what I was looking for, I requested a refund of the deposit and the cancellation of the contract. Their response was, 'what difference does it make which floor it is' and that they were going on vacation and could not give me the deposit back. Additionally, they were busy at the school gate. After insisting, I managed to get my money back amid complaints because 'they had a lot of chaos with the vacation.' I'm sorry to have to share this experience, and I hope it helps improve things.

Tanto Ester, como sus compañeros han trabajado con profesionalidad, cariño y entrega, aconsejándonos a cada paso y aclarándonos absolutamente todas las dudas que han ido surgiendo a través del proceso. Yo desde luego se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que tenga una compra, venta o alquiler, y desde luego no quiero terminar este comentarìo sin darles una y mil veces las gracias por lo fácil que nos lo han hecho.

Negative experience: Me engañaron. A la hora de firmar el contrato me dieron información falsa que a posteriori me ha perjudicado. De nada me sirve que me enseñen el piso con simpatía si luego me mienten y no hacen nada más, aparte de cobrar una comisión más que jugosa. Me siento muy decepcionada.
