Però com que va ser una operació amb un fons d'inversió, hi ha coses que no depenen de la immobiliària ja que estan intervenint altres factors externs. Ens hauria agradat molt que tot hagués anat més àgil i ràpid. De nou, disculpeu i rebeu una salutació cordial.
Negative experience: Fatal. We traveled 60km for a visit and were left hanging. We could understand many things but at least a call to notify us would have been appreciated; very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Sergi es un gran comercial, nos a vendido un piso que se adapta a lo que necesitamos y todo y ser muy pesados como clientes, el a sabido dar respuesta a todo y buscar la forma de contentarnos/darnos tranquilidad. De momento la experiencia es buena y el trato en general a sido muy amable y bueno. Sin duda un buen lugar donde vender y comprar inmuebles.

Negative experience: Lamentable, no se puede ser peor. Desde hace casi un año el bajante de la comunidad pierde agua y me cae a mi patio causando daños cada vez mayores, por no hablar que se me inunda de agua y gracias a que tengo un desagüe no me llega a la cocina, pues han pasado varias veces a mirarlo pero no lo arreglan, he ido varias veces porque ya no me cogían el teléfono y nada. Tampoco hacen la reunión anual de la escalera desde hace un par de años y no sabemos ni como están las cuentas ni nada.
