Fantastic experience: Good afternoon. I bought an apartment in Granollers with this real estate agency. The staff's treatment is friendly and correct. I understand that many people may not get the price they are looking for when buying or selling, they do not want to pay commissions, etc., and that's why they may be unhappy. But it is a real estate market where apartments need to have a price suitable for the market to be sold, and buyers have to pay a fair price; the real estate agency, in turn, provides services, pays employees to make visits, search for sales opportunities, etc., and therefore they have to charge their commission. I believe that this specific Tecnocasa franchise is quite transparent from the first day and advises you at all stages of state bureaucracy for both the sale and purchase of the apartment. They also collaborate with Kiron management, which helps to obtain financing if necessary for the buyer, as was the case for me. I believe they do their job correctly and also ensure proper management, and thanks to their experience, they prevent a person from being deceived and paying for a property from a false owner or a property with urban planning issues, etc. Personally, I think it's better to pay an expert and be at ease instead of trying to do it on your own and then facing negative consequences. Since my experience with this real estate agency has been good, I recommend their service for selling or buying property.

The reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is only because I find the commission for mediating these types of operations too high, but that is a criticism of the business model in this sector, not of the human team that helped us start our new project. Negative experience: I believe that the procedures for a possible purchase (with deposit given) could have been handled better in general. The fact that they told other potential buyers (a friend in this case to check the reservation status) that the house is still for sale because they doubt that I will be granted a mortgage is an argument that was given, which is completely false... The fact that the seller does not sell in the end for reason X makes it meaningless to waste time visiting that apartment or signing or paying a deposit or anything. At the same time, saying that I posted a review here earlier, and they called me saying that I had dishonored them and that lawyers and the police would contact me. As you can see, here is now a review in which I give my public opinion on a fact, real, which I value from respect and without acrimony (it's not resentment, it's information/opinion) since we are in a place where we are luckily free to express ourselves. I only explain the process (just like when it is good) freely, without expecting anything in return other than giving my opinion (sometimes it's liked, other times not, obviously… but it must be respected). As you will see, in Casa Agency reviews, I published a very positive remark about the process, despite not buying the property we were interested in. This does not mean that Casa Agency is the best and Tecnocasa the worst, it means that in my personal case, this is how the process has gone, period, nothing more. I still appreciate the call explaining parts of the process of which I was not even aware a few months after the matter.

Negative experience: They are not professionals; as an owner, I would never let them handle a property. I asked for the measurements of the door of a premises they advertise for rent, something basic, to which they consider 'it’s a big door' as the measurements. It turned out that I passed by the premises in question and it has been rented for a while... Poor feedback with the owner and worse with the client. Wasting time simply because they don’t know how to do their job.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very good experience with them, both Raquel and Ray are excellent people who explain and help with everything necessary for you to feel calm, happy, and satisfied with your home. They have been super dedicated to us and from the very first moment they offered to find us the best construction companies so that the renovation of the apartment would be more affordable and with very good finishes (jobs that they didn't have to do, they did for us). They have given us all the possible facilities. I can simply thank them for everything they have provided us because you rarely meet people like this. Negative experience: El 95% de las reseñas son falsas. Amigos del franquiciado, mala persona. No sé fíen de él. Malas artes en los servicios que ofrecen. Mal ambiente entre trabajadores. Respondiendo a su amenaza, le digo que hay muchas cosas y maneras de proceder constitutivas de delito, presumiblemente. Acaso todas las personas que hay aquí poniendo 5 estrellas son clientes???, yo gracias a la suerte divina, lo fui hasta que vi su proceder, presumiblemente...y me fui a Don Piso, que son serios. En España, al contrario que en otros países subdesarrollados existe la libertad de expresión, por lo que presumiblemente usted haga lo que tenga que hacer. Para eso están las reseñas....pero claro, si no le gusta, la vensura y todo 5 estrellas...señor, libertad de expresión y no coaccione. Si no le gusta mi reseña, denúnciela a google. Don piso pienso que presumiblemente da mejor servicio.

Cómo se da el caso en compañías tan importantes encontré tanto buenas opiniones cómo de menos buenas... Pero me dejé llevar por mí instinto y decidí darles un voto de confianza...ya que de entrada fui acogido y tratado muy correctamente por el equipo con el que decidí trabajar.
