Planta Baja; Cuando entras... la primera sensación que percibes es espacio, amplitud, luz... mucha luz. Negative experience: Be careful because they negotiate behind the owners' backs, they lie, and even when you ask them to send you the information by email, they tell you that WhatsApp is faster... Natalia told us that they had left the apartment in good condition and when we went to see it, it was destroyed, worth more than 20k in repairs. She convinced us to return the deposits without seeing the apartment beforehand just because they had managed another apartment for the same tenants. Knowing how they left the apartment, they continued to serve these people without caring about what they had done, meaning they rent it to anyone who comes with money up front, regardless of who they are... Very unprofessional and liars. I’m adding a photo of how they left the apartment, but Natalia told me literally on the phone; 'don't worry, they left the apartment in very good condition'... Be careful with these people!!!!!!

Positive experience: I can't share my experience because it's been two days since I called at different times of the day to a mobile phone that I found through Habitaclia after sending a form for a rental, and I still haven't received a call back. This mobile phone belongs to the agent handling this property. When you send the form, they tell you to call to expedite the process, but it's impossible to contact them. I called the landline of the agency this morning, and they kindly told me that they would pass the note to the responsible agent. Throughout the day, no one has called me back, nor have I been able to contact the agent; they don't answer the phone. This afternoon, I called Cot agency again, and they said they would pass the note to the agent again, but for now, there has been no response. I hope that tomorrow I will be able to contact the agent one way or another.

Negative experience: When it came to renting, everything went very well, although they don't give you the apartment painted like other estates do... the bad part comes later when I say that I am going to leave the apartment... I inform them that I will be leaving the apartment in February on the 8th with the rent fully paid, all okay, they have no problem, but after trying to call and get in touch via email and phone, etc... I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned... I suppose they must have claimed it from the owner, but I have not received it back; I must suppose it went into their pockets... for me, it has not been a good experience... and after all these months, I am still not receiving a response, it's a true robbery...
Apreciada Sra. Rosmery, atendiendo a su comentario y revisando lo acontecido, simplemente informarle en primer lugar que las fianzas nunca pasan por las fincas. Es decir, se ingresan en la firma del contrato a INCASOL, pues la ley así lo exige, y cuando se resuelve un contrato, se revisa el estado del inmueble arrendado, y en caso de que se devuelva en mal estado y con diferentes reparaciones tal y como fue este caso, y tal y como se le notificó, el propietario tiene derecho a reclamar la fianza para sufragar los gastos que en esta ocasión le supuso las reparaciones y limpieza del piso. Reciba un cordial saludo y quedamos a su disposición para cualquier duda.

Fantastic experience: Somos una pareja que ha alquilado un piso en menos de una semana desde el primer contacto con la finca. Hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena en todo momento con un trato cómodo, fiable, resolutivo y con una muy buena comunicación y profesional por parte de la finca y sobre todo de nuestra gestora Natalia, que nos ha hecho las cosas mucho más fáciles y cómodas.
