Negative experience: Not recommended to buy from this company. We have had problems with them from the beginning. They placed tiles that are not anti-slip on the terrace. They deny it because the order they made was supposedly anti-slip, however, we have already fallen several times, we have proven it, and they themselves have been able to verify that only a few tiles are anti-slip, the rest are not. They wash their hands as best they can, absolutely indifferent to the safety of those of us who live here. The same has happened with the pool floor; children and adults have slipped, the entire community knows that they are not anti-slip and again they don’t care. Several expensive electronic devices (induction cooktop, computer, vacuum cleaner, television) have already broken in our house. The circuit breakers did not trip with the power surges, and we are the only house with this problem. We have reported several issues in the house that they have not fixed. The pre-installation of the air conditioning was poorly done and has not been resolved either. The wiring was poorly done as well, leaving areas unconnected. We had many problems with the kitchen, and solving them was a nightmare. The heat pump they installed leaked water and did not work well, another thing we had to chase them for to fix. In short, we have been living here for almost two years and we only see faults, which this company either ignores or makes our lives impossible to come and try to fix.

Negative experience: This company builds illegally and destroys in protected natural areas. Do not buy properties from this builder because in the future they risk being demolished for being illegal.

Negative experience: Jonny Russo was a disappointment. I don’t know which reviews led to the high rating, as I couldn’t find anything on the usual channels. Therefore, just my personal impression: unfriendly service, the young lady tried to cover up her lack of expertise with coolness and over-efficiency (i.e., ignoring the guests). The food, a pasta dish, was actually like grandmother's: more than filling, but lacking in flavor, poorly presented - I could do better myself. And at nearly €12, it is totally overpriced. It’s nice that the local Italian community sticks together here, but this is neither professional nor an alternative.
