Negative experience: Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente fatal. Fui a pagar la comunidad del año 2026 y las dos mujeres que estaban en las mesas de la entrada ni me respondieron al saludo. Silencio total y mala actitud desde el principio. Después de un rato, una de ellas ( la rubia )me soltó un “DIME” con tono seco, sin siquiera mirarme a la cara. Le pagué, ella me dejo el comprobante, y ni una palabra ni una mirada de educación. La otra, igual: ni una reacción, como si no existiera. No entiendo cómo personas así pueden estar de cara al público. Saludar, mirar a la persona y tener un poco de respeto no cuesta nada. Se merecen cero estrellas, no una.

Negative experience: As can already be seen in the other reviews... THEY DON'T HELP YOU AT ALL! The only thing they do is charge. When you need something, they pass the ball until you get tired. On top of that, you have no option not to work with them if the whole building is managed by them. Non-existent service. What a shame that no one reviews the property managers... they can do, or rather not do, whatever they want!

Negative experience: No asesoran correctamente en el tema de jardines comunitarios, con lo que se cortan árboles cuando les parece a los jardineros y luego ni responden los correos donde lo explicas. Falta de rigor.

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio. Reitero correos electrónicos porque no dan solución a problemas en el garaje de la comunidad. Alegan que no pueden hacer nada. Nada competentes.
