Negative experience: Don’t go for this agency, please! They have abusive requests especially targeting non spanish people. We had more than enough income to pay for the rent and they asked us for guarantor. Rent was 1300 eur and we make more than 400 eur no shame. I hope people read the comments and I hope they don’t rent anything anymore. People need to start to oppose to these abusive agents and landlords.

Negative experience: A complete disaster of a real estate agency, the rental apartments they manage are a complete mess, neglect and total disinterest completely disregarding all the rules of the Horizontal Property Law, rental laws, and also threats. However, when it comes to collecting payment and increasing prices, they are unmatched. Be very careful when dealing with this real estate agency. They act friendly and close, but then they stab you in the back like cowards.

Negative experience: Terrible. When I entered and asked about a plot of land I had seen, a gentleman replied that the sales girl was on vacation!!! I asked: 'Is there no one else here who can take care of this?' He replied no. Then a lady stood up and explained a couple of things to me. I don't know... but if you only have one sales person, you should hire more qualified staff or learn as a manager (I understood he was the manager) how to respond to and assist potential clients!!! There's another real estate agency in San Isidro that is indeed the best, and they attend to people who come in to inquire. There, they work with a lot of enthusiasm and respect.

Negative experience: I had a very bad impression of this real estate agency as they schedule viewings for the same apartment with an endless number of people, making us waste our time. I have visited several apartments and have never obtained satisfactory results, extending the request for excessive documentation, much of it confidential, such as pay slips and work history of all family members, and even so they still ask for a guarantor. This makes us waste our time because most of the time they rent it to other people without giving us time to review the submitted documentation. I wonder if you need a favor to rent an apartment with this agency.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency was a true nightmare. Although Alicia, the person in charge of my purchasing process, was punctual and showed concern for my needs, once the negotiation was out of her hands, everything turned into a disaster. A mention of praise is also due to Mrs. Elena, the owner of the apartment, who was very empathetic and helpful to me, providing me with all the necessary information about the property. On the other hand, Mr. Alfonso is a person without any empathy or attention towards the customer. Communication with him was an endless series of hidden things, and instead of trying to remedy his mistakes, he was more focused on money. I found a problem with a pillar in the house, and instead of trying to find a solution, he tried to convince me it was a minor issue and that I didn’t need to report my findings to the owner. I ended up paying for something that should not have been my responsibility. On several occasions, he gave me information that he later contradicted (like the cost of repairing the pillar, which he initially told me was 250/300 euros and then claimed he never mentioned that amount). Once, he even threw me out of the office when he couldn't answer my questions. It was frustrating and outrageous that he did not take my concerns and needs as a buyer seriously. I felt completely neglected and abandoned throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend this real estate agency to anyone, and I suggest that potential buyers avoid working with them in the future. I gave one star because I couldn't put 0, but 0 is what they deserve. EDIT: I want to clarify some falsehoods you have written: -Why didn't you mention that you decided to hide from me throughout the negotiation that your employee was the owner of the apartment I bought? -In the earnest money contract, it is stated that you must deliver the house in the same condition in which I saw it. The fact of reproaching me for the favor the owner did for me, as if it had been thanks to your mediation, is inappropriate. -You never showed me in writing the estimate you speak of. You only told me it cost 80 €, but that you had to call your friend at that moment because if not, you would have also charged me for the travel. Additionally, the work didn’t include painting the pillar, among other things. In total, it would have cost much more than what you said. -The supposed disrespect you mention was my phrase: 'you are not capable of doing your job.' You will judge if this is a disrespect that justifies grabbing me by the arm and throwing me out of the office. -The 8 months that you say they waited are a lie, like most of the things you wrote. In fact, I saw the property the last week of September and signed the earnest contract on December 28. I conclude by wishing you learn to count to 8 and repeating to all your future clients the phrase you told me, that you don't care about us, since you don't need to work. Before I say goodbye, I suggest you avoid generalizing about Italians and focus on fulfilling your own tax obligations. Regards.

Negative experience: Terrible service. At no point in the process could I deal with a real estate advisor. When you call, a clerk talks to you who knows nothing more than what is written on their computer about the property. Then a friendly girl shows you the place, but you can't ask her anything because 'she's just the one showing it.' Then they ask for paperwork and have to send it to an agency because they don't handle it themselves. They can't advise you on mortgages or loans. They are not interested in renting what they have, as they make it difficult for you to see places that have been vacant for months or that have completed a year, and they don't even look for ways to rent them out. Zero interest in the buyer and seller!

Negative experience: No recomiendo alquilar con ellos. monton de papeleo, pegas y te quitan dinero de la fianza para limpiar el piso, cuando en la revision dijeron que estaba limpio y no habia problema en la devolucion.

Negative experience: NADA RECOMENDABLE. Mi experiencia con mi chica después de abonar 1800€ para una vivienda. Nos la dieron que tuvimos que estar limpiando dos días,la nevera hace un ruido que parece que va a despegar y un colchón con manchas negras.Que se niegan a cambiar. La Sr Elena, muy buenas palabras, pero trabajan con el manual de las excusas, didiendo que la propietaria no lo ve necesario. Nunca mais.

Negative experience: Piden demasiado por pisos que están hechos polvos, destrozados. Además un avalista teniendo una buena nómina, buenos ingresos. Y exigen demasiadas restricciones, como no mascotas, no fumadores, no niños etc. Si van a vivir dos personas te piden contrato de los dos. Y ahora encima cobran impuestos más el mes de agencia.

Negative experience: NO RECOMIENDO ESTE SERVICIO, no son nada serios para ingresar es un papeleo inmenso, cuando nos retiramos hicieron el cobro de 200 euros por un colchón que tenía marcas de uso y ellos esperan que se les entregue como nuevo... el personal atienden mal y trabajan mal. Se excusan con que "la propietaria dice" como si en el momento que uno ingresa en el inmueble hace la gestión con la propietaria y no con la inmobiliaria PESIMO SERVICIO

Negative experience: Aspettiamo quasi tre quarti d'ora l'agente,sul posto, per visionare 2 appartamenti (?...loculi...) di seguito. Dopo il primo, ci mettiamo in auto per seguire l'agente fino all'altro. Lei ci guarda interrogativa e dice che non ci può accompagnare perché oltre al ritardo accumulato, in agenzia non hanno scritto la dirección del secondo appartamento e non ha le chiavi. A bocca amara, ci accordiamo per il mezzogiorno seguente. Dopo 5 minuti mi chiama l'agenzia dicendo che l'indomani non si può agire , perché manca personale e rimanda a tre giorni oltre. Io sono un pò irritata e lo dico e questa, che parla italiano, mi risponde con estrema arroganza dicendo che se mi va bene è così, se no che mi arrangi. Chi ha sbagliato è stata l'agenzia, non ritornerò né consiglierò a nessuno. Se potessi, darei -1 stella.

Fantastic experience: Solo puedo hablar maravillas de esta inmobiliaria. Soy propietario de un apartamento y desde el 2013 me lo llevan ellos. Son profesionales, dedicados, con educación y considerados. Pues yo también resido en una isla, pero algo más alejado (Baleares) y eso podría ocasionar un inconveniente si surgía algo, ya que no puedo presentarme. Ellos se han ocupado de que todo sea mucho más fácil para mí. Si ha habido algún problema lo han solucionado al instante, previa notificación. Podría seguir dando alabanzas a esta buena gente. Así que si están en búsqueda de un piso o es propietario de uno y buscan inmobiliaria, no duden para nada en contar con ellos.

Negative experience: Pésima atencion, habíamos quedado a una hora en específico y la asesora llegó 1 hora más tarde. Además de que casi no me dejan hacer la visita con mi asesor inmobiliario de confianza, previamente me habían dicho que no había ningún problema con que él fuera. La asesora Elena se portó muy maleducada y grosera conmigo, además en el piso hay una bombona en el centro de la sala. No pudimos ver la azotea porque no tenían la llave. Y nos trato como si tuviéramos el coronavirus y la peste al mismo tiempo. En fin, perdí mi tiempo y ellos mi dinero. Gran Casa, anulada de mi visitas.

Negative experience: Unos Ladrones. Alquilé con ellos hace unos años, no dejan pagar por transferencia para cobrar todo en dinero sin declarar. Nunca muestran las facturas y se quedaron con mi fianza. Y para colmo hace unos meses me llaman de Endesa diciendo que debo dinero de una factura impagada de mi alquiler con ellos. Se quedaron el dinero que yo les di en metálico para pagar esa factura!! Y nunca la pagaron! Eso es robar!! Y yo tuve que volver a pagarlo porque si no entraba en lista de morosos. Que sinvergüenzas!! Si siguiera viviendo en tenerife me hubiera presentado en la oficina a deciros a la cara lo que pienso de vosotros, Ladrones!
