Fantastic experience: Minna Jokinen has been an invaluable help and support for 8 years. She helped us with the purchase of the apartment, and it was not just 'sign here'. No, she participated, translated, and facilitated at all meetings and contacts, from notaries to setting up bank accounts. She made PBS agreements, so we were sure that all utilities, etc., were paid automatically. We contacted her with questions, and she clarified and explained everything! Minna helped again with the sale of the apartment and the purchase of our new property here in Tenerife. Here we plan to stay for the rest of our lives. But the bureaucracy is a bit overwhelming! Also here, Minna is indispensable! She is so helpful that we have never been alone in situations where language is a barrier. She even helps with contact to the healthcare system, and acts as an interpreter! We can only express deep gratitude! Minna is fantastic!!!

Fantastic experience: Die Immobilienfirma Belfin Property SL hat uns sehr kompetent, freundlich und mit sehr viel Geduld bei Wohnungskauf unterstützt. Wir waren dann mit Sonja Gösweiner unterwegs und haben uns sehr viele Wohnungen angeschaut, die sie uns mit sehr viel Geduld und Freundlichkeit gezeigt hat. Für uns war das sehr praktisch weil sie unsere Sprache spricht. Dank ihrer guten Vernetzungen auch zu anderen Immobilienmakler haben wir eine sehr schöne Wohnung gefunden. Danach hat sich Sonja um alles gekümmert: die Kaufabwicklung, Ummeldungen, um alles was nötig war. Sie war mit uns im Baumarkt und Haushaltsgeschäfte, Sie hat auch eine Firma organisiert die die komplette Wohnung renoviert hat. Sie hat dann die Renovierungen in unserer Abwesenheit überwacht, denn wir wohnen nicht ständig auf Teneriffa. Ein solcher Einsatz ist nicht selbstverständlich. Deshalb auch meine Bewertung mit der höchsten Punktzahl. Diese Immobilienfirma kann man wirklich mit guten Gewissen empfehlen.
