The manager of the real estate agency appointed as a mediator by the landlord is blocking my email, WhatsApp, etc. Very unprofessional. Negative experience: Very bad, my mother was very interested in an apartment and wanted me to see it to decide and we agreed on July 24th at 12:00 and they did not show up because the gentleman was on vacation and 'forgot' about it. Disappointing, we rejected everything with them for leaving us hanging. Total lack of professionalism!!!
