Negative experience: They have no shame! We were attended by a saleswoman named Irune. We were going to rent a part of a farmhouse. We went to see it and the owner seemed lovely to us. We hit it off very well from the start. When it came time to finalize the rental, this Irune pops up and says that I have to pay the agency fee, which was 800 euros, half of the rent. I respond politely and, with the law in hand, state that it is not like that. She has no way to refute anything and tells me that she had committed to the owner in this way. The next day she writes to me and indicates that the property had backed out, and she apologized. I don’t understand anything, so I go to talk directly with the owner, and she tells me that she hadn’t agreed that way with Irune and that this woman had given her a ridiculous excuse that made her distrustful of her. Clearly, we saw that she was going to pocket that commission, but it backfired! We rented directly with the property and have had a great time there and even made friends with them. Watch out for Irune, as you can see, she is a scammer and a bold one at that. I wouldn’t rent anything with them in my life, and buying even less. By the way, the contract that Irune gave me was very poorly written and had spelling mistakes that could stop a train. Don’t let them take you for fools. I’m sharing my experience in case it can help someone.
