Negative experience: Where do you come from? I bring apples. Let's see, if I call several times, but not via WhatsApp, but on the landline, on mobile phones, in short, on the phones you have published, in addition to writing via WhatsApp and on Idealista. My family is the same. The people who answer the phone just give us the runaround all the time. Then what is the point of a visit? And even less when you haven’t suggested it to us over the phone? Neither head nor tail. ------------------------- I cannot rate the service well. I called interested in seeing an apartment as it was published and I am still waiting for a response. I called by phone, wrote several WhatsApp messages, and all I got were excuses for not giving me an appointment or returning my calls. Moreover, several of my relatives also called, and they were all given the runaround. They told us that the schedule was closed when they had just published the ad. How is that possible? They didn't even want to put us on any waiting list as mentioned in other comments, nor did they suggest that we be added to any schedule. They completely ignored us. And we never heard from them again. This is very poor treatment towards someone who wants to see an apartment; I also find it very, very unprofessional. If you already have a buyer or offers, just say it clearly and that's it. We know that real estate agencies have their own clientele and friends, but then, why publish an ad on Idealista or on your page? Just to promote yourselves? But you can't stop responding to people just because you are overwhelmed or you have already made the sale. It is better to give a true and late response than to disappear and leave the client hanging with no room to maneuver. Is it not just another client? That was very ugly. Therefore, I will not contact you again, and I will not recommend you due to poor service and bad commercial management.

We had a first experience that was a bit frustrating for us as we were shown a home that we liked, but when we went to confirm our interest by making the necessary reservation, we were informed that other people had already taken that step and had gotten ahead of us. We communicated our interests, and they told us they would put us on a list for when an opportunity arose. They also advised us to be alert on our end, as demand in the area we wanted was high. So when we received the alert for the listing, we didn’t even wait for them to call us; we called them and scheduled a visit. We were already familiar with the home, so as soon as we saw it in person, we wanted to make the reservation transfer right away; we didn’t want to go through another experience like the previous one since the home met our expectations. From there, they took care to ensure we did everything correctly, giving us the security that is needed in this type of process. Negative experience: I suppose that sellers and buyers who pay the amount requested by the real estate agency for a preferential deal will be treated phenomenally (or so I hope), but certainly, I who have not done so have felt that they were not at all sincere or honest. They keep advertisements on their website and Idealista for apartments sold and where new owners have been living for over a month, and they even lie outright about the status of that sale (I imagine to keep the advertisement and promote themselves). When trying to schedule appointments to visit apartments, they are not honest at all and hide the whole truth about what has been shown about the apartment previously... in short, I simply cannot recommend having had a good experience with them as a buyer interested in the apartments they advertise.

Me ofrecieron hacer un estudio financiero con Iciar y además de entender todo, fui con ella de la mano hasta el día de la firma. Tampoco contaba con los ahorros que me pedía mi banco tener y ella pudo conseguirme el 90% de financiación… lo que me permitió poder acceder POR FIN a comprar mi piso. Ayuda difícil de ofrecer cuando tienes animal doméstico, ya que no es fácil encontrar alojamientos que los permitan. Importante comentar, que se preocupan por los intereses de los inquilinos, e intentan ajustar su perfil al alojamiento adecuando para que se sientan como en casa y disfruten la estancia. Además piensan en elementos relevantes que debe considerar el inquilino (eg. localización, orientación, zonas verdes para pasear cuando tienes animales…). Muy buena comunicación, puntualidad, trato, y clarificación de las cláusulas del contrato. Un servicio serio pero a la vez cercano, esencial y apreciado cuando eres nuevo en la zona y no conoces a nadie. 100% recomendable.
