Negative experience: We bought an apartment in Gandia from this real estate agency, being from Valencia, which forces us to trust their professionalism. The first impression was very nice and friendly, making you trust the sales agent. We visited the apartment and saw with our own eyes the apartment with all its furnishings. They told us that before signing, they always like to visit to ensure that everything is as they claim, as the real estate agency itself advertises that the sellers leave it just as it is in the photographs with furniture and appliances practically new: washing machine and dishwasher. Our surprise was that after the sale, they had replaced the washing machine and dishwasher with old and broken ones, making them unusable. We communicated this to the sales agent and asked her to at least inform the previous owners. The response was that some owners do this (which implies) that she did not keep her word, nor did she ensure that the apartment was as we had agreed and seen before. After waiting several days, we received SILENCE AS A RESPONSE. How can a person who claims to be a professional act like this? We are very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, and despite the fact that we have accepted the scam and deception, I want to leave a record so that other buyers do not have to go through this bad experience and ensure that they themselves verify and do not trust what they are promised. I am attaching photographs of how they advertise it and how we found it, adding that they are useless: the dishwasher DOES NOT work, and the washing machine is BROKEN and leaks water, and as evidenced, not even the brands are the same, and they are certainly very old, forcing us to incur an additional expense that we did not expect.
