Fantastic experience: The views are perfect, facing the promenade and the sea. There is always a breeze, which is greatly appreciated in summer; however, they have air conditioning just in case it is not enough. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, tableware, iron, Nespresso, and even an umbrella and two beach chairs, towels, and sheets. The pool is very clean, with two showers and great hours, with few people using it. Although we had an ice cream shop-horchatería right below us, which by the way is very delicious, there is no noise. Anyway, around 12:00 PM they usually have everything closed except for the nearby shacks on the beach, where with music, drinks, and the breeze, the stay can be repeated without problems.

We spent a few days disconnecting in the Presidente building. Fully equipped apartment with sea views. Equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. Fantastic experience: We spent the May holiday at the Aiguablava Apartments, 9th floor, 3 bedrooms. Spectacular view, immaculate apartment, fairly new minimalist decor and renovation. Impeccably clean. Great terrace. The apartment is very well equipped, has everything, right on the beach, pool, tennis, gym. Definitely worth repeating. The service from the guy who gave us the keys was very good and flexible regarding timing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I just stayed for a week in the Las Sirenas building. The service from Apartamentos Gandía has been spectacular. On the first day, I had a problem because I didn't know how to operate the parking key, and on the second day, I had an issue with the coffee maker. Both were my fault, but within 15 minutes, both issues were resolved. The service was a 10. And the apartment was simply spectacular. I recommend it 100% and I will definitely return. In fact, I have already requested a price to come back when I returned the keys. THANK YOU.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained with plenty of dishes and utensils. Including hand soap, toilet paper..... The air conditioning works very well thanks to having outlets in all rooms. Comfortable mattresses and a very spacious large bed. The only downside is the parking. It is communal, but the assigned space is not respected. Everyone parks where they want, causing inconvenience if you move the car. Also, the spaces are very tight. Otherwise, the apartment is recommended for spending a few days with family.

The apartment and the facilities were fantastic, the only downside was the bathroom that was shared by 2 rooms, it was a very small bathroom, practically a toilet, the other bathroom was inside the master bedroom and that one was bigger.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in early June at an apartment in the El Edén Residential, very well-maintained and very clean. The only drawback, and unrelated to the agency, was that the opening of the swimming pool area was delayed by 2 days, one of the best facilities in all of Gandía, and when I communicated this to the agency, they offered to compensate me with 2 additional days of stay at no charge. Besides this detail, the apartment was clean and had everything necessary, even dishwasher tablets. The best agency without a doubt, and I know several others. THANK YOU.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, met voldoende leefruimte, prima bedden en mooie badkamers. Een aanrader dus.

Negative experience: Llamé final del mayo,la chica muy amable, pero me ha ofrecido solo un apartamento 720 euros-5dias.Al final he encontrado con 200euros menos,primera línea de la playa-dezde 14 hasta 19de junio Entiendo que su trabajo es muy duro,pero si se pueden rebajar un poco los alojamientos tan elevados,será mejor para las dos partes.

Positive experience: Excelente ubicación, estancias confortables pero con alguna cosita….(la hamaca de la terraza coja, jamba de la puerta de la calle deterioradas por la humedad y no se podía echar la llave, la cerradura estaba muy dura, descuadre de la mampara del baño principal, en una de las camas no había funda de almohada y la sábana bajera del dormitorio principal tenía agujeros.) Como sugerencia en el portal hay un escalón del mismo color que el suelo y no se aprecia, por lo tanto deberían buscar una alternativa para la gente de avanzada edad con movilidad reducida (andadores) y poca visibilidad. El precio elevado más que el año pasado para no ser perfecto. Es el segundo año consecutivo y repetiremos pero de verdad deben tener en cuenta esos detalles puesto que lo ponen y lo cobran como de lujo.

Voy a intentar hacer una reseña detallada para que ayude a los indecisos: - Ubicación: primera línea de playa en la parte final de Gandía, zona tranquila. A 5 minutos andando tienes todo, farmacia, supermercado, restaurantes, heladerías, todo. Vistas espectaculares desde un séptimo piso. Bloque grande que a su vez tiene varias escaleras por lo que los ascensores van desahogados. La playa muy limpia, con mucha seguridad y lo mantienen todo muy bien y ordenado. Tienen parking pero se contrata a parte. - Apartamento: grande y espacioso, luminoso, vistas espectaculares y mucha ventilación cruzada. Tiene de todo, no hace falta llevar nada. Sábanas, toallas, todos los utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos, secador en el baño, wifi, Netflix, etc. muy cómodo para 5 personas. La urbanización tiene pistas de tenis, pádel y piscina. El edificio se ve que es antiguo pero muy cuidado todo y limpio. Se nota que lo mantienen. - Atención por parte de AG: estupenda, atentos, te ayudan en lo que necesites y la oficina está al lado. Muy profesionales. Se nota que es un negocio familiar de la zona y lo tienen todo muy cuidado para dar un turismo de calidad. En definitiva, hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Gandía, donde hay un montón de cosas para hacer con los niños, se lo pasan genial. En nuestro caso de 6, 8 y 11. Fantastic experience: Los apartamentos Gandía ofrecen una gran calidad tanto en las instalaciones, comodidad y equipamiento de los apartamentos como en la gestión y atención al cliente de los hermanos Chinchilla. Tanto ellos como sus empleados hacen un seguimiento de la estancia en los apartamentos para atender cualquier tipo de problema. Llevo nueve años siendo atendida por ellos y no tengo más que agradecer todas sus atenciones.

Fantastic experience: We hadden een heerlijk verblijf aan de playa di Gandia dankzij dit uiterst professionele bedrijf. Hun appartement bood precies wat er op de (uitstekende!) website staat, ligt net achter de hoek van het prachtige zandstrand en dichtbij winkels en restaurants. Het was onberispelijk schoon en goed uitgerust, en biedt dankzij een uitgekiend digitaal sleutelsysteem een vlotte toegankelijkheid. Mogelijk om (tegen een kleine meerprijs) een parkeerplek te reserveren binnen het complex. Vlot contact met het verhuurbedrijf via Whatsapp in perfect Engels (thank you, Sonia!). Kortom: een absolute aanrader!!!
