Negative experience: Köpte en lägenhet för tre år sedan (2019) genom dom, men någon lägenhet blev det inte och istället befinner jag mig sedan dess i en långdragen rättstvist för att få tillbaka min handpenning på 18 000 euro. I augusti 2022 pågår denna tvist fortfarande och vet inte när den kommer bli klar. Enligt det avtal som skrevs skulle jag få tillträde till lägenheten en viss dag men så blev det inte vilket innebar att säljaren bröt kontraktet och då det dessutom hade varit massa annat strul innan dess ville jag ha tillbaka min handpenning. Villkoren i kontraktet var att jag hade rätt att få tillbaka min handpenning om inte säljaren uppfyllde sin del av avtalet. Men man kan inte lita på att de avtal som skrivs gäller, så var försiktiga när ni köper lägenhet i Spanien. Jag trodde inte att jag behövde vara orolig eftersom jag köpte genom Skandiamäklarna och även anlitade den advokatfirma som de rekommenderade och som de samarbetar med. Men nu sitter jag här jätteledsen och är eventuellt lurad på 18 000 euro som jag inte vet om jag kommer få tillbaka. För även om kontraktet är solklart säger mina advokater att domaren ändå kan döma till min nackdel och ge den spanska säljaren rätt. Hur det blir beror tydligen på vilket humör domaren är på, den dag han tycker att han vill ta ett beslut i ärendet.

Fantastic experience: Bra service! Nikolai är den första mäklaren som jag stött på som verkligen satt sig in i vad jag söker och inte bara "sålt vad de har inne". Stor hjälp i mitt sökande efter rätt objekt, även om vi inte lyckades hitta exakt rätt ännu. Men jag har stort förtroende för att han/de kommer att lycklas hitta mitt nästa boende.

Fantastic experience: My wife & I live in the UK and were bequeathed an apartment in Fuengirola which we have now sold. Having considered many real estate agents, we engaged SkandiaMäklarna as they already had clients on their books looking for properties similar to ours. We were introduced to Aitana who was fantastic from initially taking details of the property to signing for its transfer to the new owners at the Notary in Fuengirola, the new owners signing simultaneously at a Notary in Madrid. Aitana was not pushy at all, simply calm, knowledgeable and professional. She dealt with all our questions & queries promptly whether we were in the UK or Spain (even on a Sunday!). She organised all the documents needed for the sale, dealt with any last minute issues (of which there were a few) and accompanied us on the day we signed where she validated the deeds and documents, dealt with the Notary and coordinated the clients in Madrid. A thoroughly professional service from start to finish. I can't recommend Skandiamäklarna Real Estate highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Har precis köpt en lägenhet via Skandiamäklarna och är supernöjd med dem. Kevin som vi träffade lyssnade verkligen på vad vi letade efter och hittade en perfekt match för oss. En timme senare var vi och tittade på lägenheten och fastnade direkt. Inte dåligt eftersom vi har letat från och till i 15 år. Sedan har vi mest varit i kontakt med Daniel som har varit/är helt suverän och har hjälpt oss med i stort sett allt. Är ju svårt att få ordning på saker hemifrån Sverige och då har han varit på plats och hjälpt till. Så vi känner oss så väl omhändertagna innan, under och efter köpet.
