Negative experience: We were interested in a property, but our lawyer informed us that he found clear contradictions in the ownership of the company. In the online business search with the company's Y-tunnus B93352821, Liisa Kuoksa-Jalonen is mentioned as the director, while the company's own pages list Kirsi Oras and Marja Ruusuvirta Solís as directors. This raises questions about the company's practices, as no one likes to think that the people running the brokerage have possibly taken control of the company through dishonest means. We obtained the property from another agent whose information matches that on their own page.

Negative experience: Our experience at the office was unfortunately far from what we expected, especially since the office manager, a well-known TV star in Finland, did not perform her duties adequately during our visit. Her behavior strongly suggested that she might have been under the influence of some substance, which significantly impacted the level of service we received. Despite needing assistance with renting an apartment and the manager, taking our contact information with a promise to follow up, we never heard back. Fortunately, we were able to find another office where the service was professional and our needs were addressed efficiently.
Fantastic experience: The sale of our apartment was challenging because we wanted to stay as tenants in the apartment we sold. The staff at Sun Loma did an excellent job because they are professionals, they have knowledge about investors, and they are well-networked. Their professionalism also includes friendliness, willingness to help, and punctuality. Warm recommendation.

Negative experience: Son la peor inmobiliaria de la costa del sol Cogen el dinero en la señalización de la vivienda, no siquiera en arras y allá te las apañes. No hacen nada más que abrir la puerta y enseñar la vivienda, y cobrar. Para el resto tienes que contratar una gestoría y volver a pagar. NO LA RECOMIENDO. Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna, pero le restó estrellas.

Fantastic experience: We had been looking for a house for nearly a year and had already gone through thousands of real estate agencies without success until we arrived here. The girls are all amazing, from the colleague who showed us the house for the first time to our agent, Marja, who took care to patiently explain all the procedures in a friendly and approachable manner, which we really appreciated. Fantastic experience: Really good service! We were looking for a new long term apartment with an ASAP schedule as we were in the process of adopting a dog and our previous home didn't allow dogs after all even though the agency promised. Marja from Sunloma got a call from me on thursday afternoon and on Monday we were already moving to the new home! Everything went smoothly and she even booked a Movistar technician for us as the internet was not working when we moved in. I can highly recommend Marja and her expertise within rentals! Now we are happily living in a new home and our adopted dog loves the place and we do a well! :)
