Negative experience: I recommend avoiding this agency if possible. They have not been transparent with me, leaving me 'waiting for news' while they closed the process with another client. They gave me many excuses, and they will probably respond to this comment with more. Renting involves planning the next year of your life and is a big commitment. Therefore, it's a shame that they play with us when we only ask to be told the truth so we can organize ourselves and plan accordingly.
