Negative experience: Nothing reliable, from the very first moment I had problems with the rental. It took them two months to change the utility account, which, since they charged me, the tenant took three months to pay. The tenant had the apartment full of mold everywhere. I am owed a water bill and the real estate agency is not taking responsibility, they gave me the phone number so I could claim it from the tenant. A shame. Not recommended.
