We contacted Inmobiliaria Acapulco because a relative recommended them due to their magnificent work with them. Given the complexity of our case (inherited house, in poor condition, and several siblings as co-owners), we decided to reach out to them. From the first appointment, you realize they are not just commission agents but advisors and managers with extensive experience and great professionalism. They are a great team led by Emilio, who helps you at every moment. Emilio always has a solution to any problem or setback that may arise, and despite his youth, he comes across as seasoned in a thousand battles and demonstrates a high qualification in his work. They visited the apartment, analyzed its virtues and defects, and provided an evaluation of the price that seemed very optimistic to us, but we thought there would always be time to negotiate that price. We signed an exclusive contract for 6 months, and I recommend doing so since they don’t charge you for it; they only get paid if they sell, and their fees are standard. In such a globalized world, you don’t need several real estate agencies interacting with each other but rather one great agency that knows how to operate everything correctly. From the first week, the first clients came, and within a few weeks, the apartment was sold for a price higher than we initially imagined. Fantastic experience: Hola, mi nombre es Guillermo. Nací en Argentina hace ya 60 años y trabajé allí durante toda la vida en temas de agricultura y Medio ambiente. Al momento de pensar en mi retiro de la actividad, definí mi interés por cambiar y mudarme al menos temporariamente a vivir en España. Por ello inicié en septiembre de 2022 el proyecto de adquirir una vivienda y buscar una actividad en la península. We chose “Premium Package of Property Buyers” where you get full-scale service pre/during/post of buying process (evaluation of real market value, revision and adjusting contracts to fair conditions, revision of the documents, technical evaluation of the property, personal assistance to obtain NIE & bank account, assistance with notarization, changing of utilities to your name, short-rental license, construction permit etc). From first contact (on late afternoon on Friday) in mid December, we picked up our keys in less than three months later in beginning of March. Tanto Juan como Emilio fueron súper atentos y cercanos, se han encargado de absolutamente todos los trámites, tanto notariales como otros. No dudaría en volver a acudir a ellos.
