Negative experience: We started the purchase process for a house in November 2022. Initially, we felt very pressured to pay €3000 in deposit (€2000 for the real estate agency, €1000 for the owners), but we trusted because they told us that we would sign the sale in a few weeks. It wasn't until January of this year 2024 that the signing could take place. The house did not have the proper documentation, and that caused the delay. We cannot understand how they accept to sell such a poorly managed property. Throughout the waiting process, the real estate agency did not care at all. They charged us and that was it; the support was nonexistent, and we were the ones who, by communicating with the owners, moved the sale forward.

Negative experience: After submitting documents to close a lease agreement, he neither responds to messages nor answers the phone. An unreliable person. We let go of other apartments for one from this real estate agency and now we are left without the others and without this one, for waiting and believing that we were dealing with a serious person. AN UNRELIABLE PERSON.

Negative experience: They must not be very interested in selling. I got tired of sending emails and calling to inquire about a house and received no response.
