Negative experience: I identify myself, first of all, to avoid any doubt that I 'made up' the review. I bought a flat from them in early December 2023 at Avda Vigo 136, my name is Irina. My experience can be summed up as follows: 1. A lot of inaccuracies, from the first visit: that the flat has 70 square meters (it has 52)... that there is only a little humidity in the bathroom 'because the tenants don't ventilate' (it's almost 24, due to leaks for more than 6-12 months in the bathtub - attached photo)... that the parquet is very good (it's laminate flooring)... 2. From the first moment, they ask you for cash payment. They make an initial contract with cash and break it before going to the notary. Fortunately, a notarized copy can be made if you want. 3. They didn't let me choose the notary, although it's my right as a buyer, because 'it's too far for them and they will lose the whole morning.' They forced me to go to one next to their office, which was quite expensive as well. 4. While waiting at the notary, BEFORE signing, Paloma came up to me, TOOK MY PHONE, searched for her real estate agency, went to reviews, and awarded herself 5 stars, saying 'IT'S SOMETHING WE'RE ASKED FOR NOW.' I was able to recover my phone before she sent the review, thank goodness. But now I understand how she gets such wonderful ratings. By the way, I also saw a 5-star review from the seller of my flat (name and surname included), 6 days BEFORE the signing. 5. I called the real estate agency after the sale to report that the property has hidden defects. Paloma denies everything and hangs up the phone, not even bothering to talk to me. My experience was very sad, I would not recommend the services of this real estate agency to my enemies.

Negative experience: When you trust them with your property to find a tenant, you are already lost because they do not filter anything at all. The only thing they care about is taking the deposit money, which they don't even deposit into housing and ground, and if you have a problem, get yourself a good lawyer because this lady washes her hands of it. The reviews they have are made by acquaintances and by clients they force to write them.

Negative experience: The favorite real estate agency for squatters. If you are thinking of moving into a flat and not paying a single month, this is your real estate agency. They filter absolutely nothing; they believe that tenants are good people and hardworking. That's their only requirement, and the fact that they have a current payroll is the least of it. If you have a problem, we both have had issues with them; they wash their hands and solve nothing for you. Before going to this real estate agency, it is better to put your property on Wallapop because the guarantees are the same. Terrible, the good reviews they have must be from family and friends because there's no other explanation. EDIT: after writing this review, the real estate agency calls a family member in a threatening tone to urge them to have me remove it. No way, this doesn’t work like that, they have been two months without giving any signals, and thank goodness I didn't answer their call.
