Negative experience: Le contesto a la gerente: de mentir nada, perdone usted, le he transmitido mi expeeiencia tal cual fue y la profesionalidad implica educación y saber estar. No tachar de mentirosa a la gente, cuando no ha recibido un trato correcto, y el tono y las formas le fallan, al igual que usted. Y sí hay casas que merecen la pena, otra cosa es que no se molesten en crear una carters de posibles clientes. En atención al cliente enseñan asertividad, empatía y diplomacia, le aconsejo que se recicle y no insulte a la gente. La persona que me cogió el teléfono hace 15 días, la enviaría a un cursillo de "Atención al cliente", le pregunto por una casa en Sedes que tienen publicada y qué me puede contar, me dice: "que no está tan bien como aparenta, que ella no la lleva, pero que si eso le pasa el recado a su compañera, y que si llevo tiempo mirando, con ese presupuesto y cerca no voy a encontrar nada". ¿Perdón?? si no quiere recoger recados, vender o enseñar que se dedique a otra cosa, le fallaron y mucho el "tonito" y las formas. Espero que fuese que tenía un mal día, porque sino apaga y vámonos. En comparación le diré que en otra inmo la contestación fue más educada con: "las casas a ese precio vuelan y ahora mismo no tengo nada así en cartera, pero le tomo sus datos y le aviso si aparece algo". Tomen nota y aprenda, Gracias. En esta comarca, entre las inmob. que quedan en llamar y no te llaman y las que te contestan regular, se necesitan reciclar, menos mal que aún las hay profesionales.

I put it in three real estate agencies, and the Chamorro agency called me every 15 days to inform me about the sales status of the other two. I'm still waiting for them to tell me that they showed it at least once. I didn't even have to get off the sofa for paperwork, only had to go to the notary. Negative experience: I do not recommend. I bought a flat from them. They lied to me about the reasons for having the ceiling in poor condition. They said it only needed painting due to a blocked gutter that was fixed at the time. In reality, there were serious infiltration issues from years ago from a stubborn neighbor who never wants to fix his part. Shameful. They'll do anything to sell.

Y bueno, un trato excepcional y profesional, se nota que se implican, que te quieren ayudar y que no te quieren “colocar” una vivienda solo por su propio beneficio. Negative experience: Llame a principios de la semana pasada para preguntar por una propiedad y quedaron en llamarme ese mismo dia a partir de las 7. Hoy una semana despues sigo sin respuesta. Poca seriedad.

Negative experience: Visitamos un piso en alquiler de esta inmobiliaria, el problema llega cuando quisimos cogerlo, no nos daban más que largas diciendo que el piso estaba ocupado cuando el anuncio sigue en Fotocasa todo esto cumpliendo con todos los requisitos exigidas por la propietaria, en fin, nada de seriedad.
