Negative experience: Mi madre contactó con esta inmobiliaria interesada en un piso y la atención recibida ha sido bastante desagradable. Al preguntar con toda educación si había posibilidad de ajustar un poco el precio, la respuesta fue un seco ‘no, así se queda’. Incluso al comentar que los muebles no le interesaban, la contestación fue ‘si quiere un piso sin muebles, que lo busque así’. Creo que cuando alguien llama mostrando interés en una propiedad, lo mínimo esperable es un trato correcto, empático y cordial, independientemente de que las condiciones sean o no negociables. Lamentablemente, la actitud demostrada nos ha transmitido lo contrario. Una atención más amable habría marcado la diferencia.

Negative experience: They published an ad for a flat for sale, which I called to inquire about immediately. They told me they didn't conduct visits and that after the Christmas holidays, they would have a real visit through a Google application. I received a WhatsApp with the day of the virtual visit (where, to be honest, little information was provided and they were delayed from the scheduled time). After this visit, which was on a Friday, they called us on Monday to see if we were still interested in the property and now, indeed, to schedule an in-person visit. During that visit, which lasted barely 20 minutes because there were more visits, they showed me the property and we agreed that if I was interested, I should let them know and they would call me on Monday. I kept saying I was going to make an offer at the price. On Sunday, I sent them a WhatsApp saying: 'Hello Silvia, I wanted to let you know that we are interested in the property. You will tell us how to proceed with making the offer. Have a great weekend and regards. Enrique.' When Monday noon arrived and they hadn’t called me, I thought they were still conducting visits since they weren’t answering the phone. I went to the office on Orense Street, and they told me they didn't accept offers as they claimed I had sent via WhatsApp, that they only accepted offers at price and had already reserved it for another person. In the afternoon, they called me to discuss the matter without providing any solutions. I got angry because I felt they were trying to make me look like a liar. In short, they made us waste time on many trivialities only to give the flat to the person they wanted. In fact, I can prove that more people called showing interest in the flat and they didn't even notify them for the virtual visit. In summary, people without word, who do not do their job well, where the customer, due to the current demand, doesn’t matter at all to them, very unprofessional. The worst real estate agency in the area. I wouldn’t recommend offering them any property for sale or rent. I hope this review helps.

Negative experience: They want to sell the apartment where I live for rent, and they are continuously harassing me to show it, which I have agreed to from the beginning without any problem. However, they keep changing the visit times at the last moment and calling me and harassing me, and they just contacted the owner of the apartment to 'accuse' me of not cooperating and that is why they can't sell it. Now, coincidentally, the owner calls me and tells me that she will need to use the apartment again starting in May if I don't 'cooperate' to sell it, and I will have to leave. Is it a coincidence? Is it advice from the agency? Anyway, paying an agency that you rent an apartment from a fortune just to show it to you one day (then they haven't taken care of anything else, for all managements it is the owner who takes care of it) and then asking you to show the apartment (and worse because in this case it is my home and my privacy) yourself to others voluntarily without anything in return. Anyway, I am very unhappy.

Negative experience: Lionel met me at the door of the apartment after I had sent him all my documentation two days before to see the apartment for the second time, and he called me 5 minutes before, while I was at the building entrance waiting for him, to tell me that he was reviewing the documents (just now!) and that they were not enough to rent the apartment. A lack of respect towards me and very irresponsible on his part. Added to the scarce explanations he provided to support what he was saying. You can't manipulate people's time. Next time, at least, give an hour's notice!! Never again with this agency.

I warn people that this company is breaking the law (Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the Right to Housing). It's enough that a service hired by the owner is something we tenants have to pay for. Primero realizan el estudio de la vivienda para ver el precio de venta incluyendo otros pisos en venta reales de la zona, ponen el anuncio con fotos y videos profesionales, realizan tantas visitas como sean necesarias (algo muy importante es que semanalmente te informan tanto por teléfono como por email de las visitas realizadas y del resultado de las mismas), se encargan del contrato de reserva, contrato de.arras y acompañamiento en la compra-venta ante notario. ¿Se puede pedir más?. Gracias a ellos ganas tiempo y tranquilidad. No les conocía, pero después de vender mi piso les recomendaría 100%. Un auténtico lujo!. Gracias por todo
