Negative experience: Dreadful! I wish I could give a more negative rating! Totally discriminatory treatment between tenant and owner, or rather, preferential treatment depends on whom the favor is done to; it doesn't matter if you're an owner or a tenant... it depends... they don't respond, they don't assist you, they ignore you, they don't solve anything, terrible management, they threaten with ridiculous complaints depending on who you are, totally classist or favoritism... in short, not recommendable, a horror, better not to deal with them at all. After the treatment received for many years, I do not intend to approach them, I will do it through other people or other managements. Of course, I am unfortunately tied to this community management company, as I live there and suffer from their bad managements since 2015. I don't have a doorbell, the antenna doesn't work, a simple TV antenna, third-world conditions! It cost me my money, not theirs, the technicians are not on their payroll. They cut the electricity without notice just like the water! And the thefts and acts of vandalism apart, not a shred of empathy! A horror!! By the way, they are reported to the police and in court. And of course, in personal matters, they shouldn't get involved, but you have great blame for allowing the impudence that you are permitting even though you have legal advice. With the little pool guy, you do get involved, right? Ridiculous, barking little dog for a counted day! How outrageous!! A brave bunch of ridiculous threats! That’s when you do get involved personally. I am amazed at this group of aspirants who live like many people, threatening me, hmmm. There exists an apartment where they are allowed everything, rules are for everyone! No privileges or favoritism! Not even if I had you in the palm of my hand (….) laundry every day, blankets, towels, trash, belongings, two awnings, a fence to prohibit access to a common area and stairs, solar panels, appropriation of a common area... Everything is allowed in a common area! Incredible! Dog loose and in the pool with minors without adult supervision doing their business wherever they please! And you do nothing! 15 or more people in the pool enduring the horrible music with their loudspeakers, coolers, mattresses... WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! NOTHING! Where is the recycling point? And the structural damages? No, no! WHY? Why don’t you send a bill? Or anything! And here we all have to swallow it! On top of that with mockery and jokes! Come on! A brave shame, circus, dumpster, and trash heap you have, shameful! So now it’s clear about the HAND! An outrage! Jardines Del Velerín, come on! A cordial greeting to those of prestige and image. Who can stand this?! Incredible! To be shocked! And a thousand more things! Common area with stairs blocked by the people from 114, they keep on breaking the rules, so I am making them public. I will provide more photos; I don't care about the little hand, rules for everybody. I am also going to send a photo of my laundry; I don’t care about your threats, I never did, now I'm not going to stop, I live here whether you like it or not just like 114 who is neither an owner nor anything at all. Just like the correspondence, this woman with all the impudence is not even an owner, is dedicating herself to manipulating, opening mailboxes, touching correspondence, I’ll say it again like years ago, it’s a crime!!

Fantastic experience: I have been renting a property with them for 3 years and I am very happy, an unbeatable service, I totally recommend them. A complaint that a neighbor had, they called us and handled it kindly. Completely satisfied and highly recommendable.

Negative experience: They promised to notify us for a visit, but they don't call. They say they are waiting for the tenant to leave the property, and when we call back, they say it is already rented. A waste of time, not recommended at all.

Negative experience: De vergüenza, no pongo menos valoración porque no me lo permite el sistema !!!!!!! Más de una semana llamando para un inmueble , imposible localizar a nadie en distintas franjas horarias, conseguimos hablar con un comercial acerca del piso que nos interesaba , y nos comenta en principio que estaba alquilado a la hora de publicarse y después que se cerró el viernes , cuando llevamos días y días llamando y mandando correos. Ahora nos explican que entramos en una lista de espera , para tan siquiera acceder a visitas a otros inmuebles , cuando ya llevamos días esperando solo para contactarlos . En mi caso me ha atendido vos telefónica “Rafa” y la imagen de incompetencia que me ha transmitido de la empresa ha sido plena !!!!! Seguiremos esperando a ver si se dignan a llamarnos..

Negative experience: mira para que sepas el gasto luz era por vosotros el termo de 50 litros perdía agua que ocurre cuando el termo pierde agua pregunta a un electricista que te lo va decir que quieres quedar bien eres muy irrespetuoso tú y la señorita con la que trabajas, y todavía mucho más no vinieron a arreglarlo en todo el tiempo que estuve 6 meses y estaba roto, y !que Falta de educacion muy grande por parte de la señorita la cual pasaba de todo con que se le pagara no cumplen con lo acordado despues te sueltan royos y se quedan con tu dinero. Y aparte 240€ e de luz en un piso de 40 metros... Es una estafa como un castillo pago en el chalet de mi padre= 140€ con 328 metros cuadrados me lo dices o me lo cuestas,El termo no lo arreglaba estuve 6 meses con el termo soltado agua.. pagando facturas de luz k desde luego no son normales, Enseñofacturas y que yo no engaño al primero le engañaría seria ami. No diga que un termo durante 24 horas usándose de 50 litros y 1500w no son Demás unos 100€ al mes mínimo que la inmobiliaria no me a devuelto eso durante 6 meses la peor inmobiliaria.''

Negative experience: Servicio MALÍSIMO, falta de educación y respeto al clientes, no valoran el tiempo de los clientes, se olvidan de mandar e-mail y volver las llamadas, ensima mienten, casi nunca no tienen viviendas, y si tienen un piso no saben a quién dar. Solo te hacen perder el tiempo y viviendas que te ofrecen otras inmobiliarias

Negative experience: They have never called me back. Not for a single apartment in two years span. The reason? A mystery to me, but definitely they don't rent what they advertise. The greatest pictures with the best deals but they never return a phone call and have always plenty of offers. My colleagues have also contacted them with the same outcome, so I know a range of diverse people and profiles they simply decide to ignore. Weird, even creepy...
