Fantastic experience: They are very professional, one of the best agencies in the area. Especially the girl who attended me, Tara, very nice and kind at all times. She explained everything to me really well. I will definitely contact them again when I buy an apartment.

Negative experience: We had work done in October 2019 to fully renovate, but the quality was very average. I called and Maria Antonia informed me that she no longer provided this kind of service for a 53m2 apartment and 50,000 euros, which was theft. I am still waiting for the refund for the theft.

Negative experience: On March 25th, 2024, we went to sign the rental contract for the apartment. To our surprise, they did not have the contract signed by the owner (without that, just tell me the validity of the contract) nor the keys to the apartment, only a key that corresponded to the entrance door of the dwelling (neither common areas, nor lobby key, nor mailbox…). To this day, we are still in the same situation. The most out of place was that ANTONIA COLL tried to charge us the agency fees, lucky for me I have experience in the sector and knew how to respond, since it is a cost that the owner should pay. I also highlight the treatment that ANTONIA COLL gave to the other colleague, speaking to her in a tone that left much to be desired, although she was delightful with us. I hope for a response as soon as possible, let's see what kind of explanation can be given for this.

Negative experience: El pasado 25/03/24 fuimos a firmar el contrato de alquiler del piso. Para nuestra sorpresa no tenían el contrato firmado por parte del propietario (sin eso ya me dirás tú a mí la validez del contrato) ni las llaves de piso, únicamente una llave que correspondía a la puerta de entrada a la vivienda (ni zonas comunes, ni llave del vestíbulo, ni del buzón…) A día de hoy seguimos en la misma situación. Lo más fuera de lugar fue que ANTONIA COLL nos intentó cobrar los gastos de la inmobiliaria, suerte que tengo experiencia en el sector y supe que responder, ya que es un gasto que le corresponde pagar al propietario. Destaco además el trato que ANTONIA COLL le dio a la otra compañera, hablándole con un tono que dejaba mucho que desear, eso sí, con nosotras fue encantadora. Espero respuesta como agua de mayo, a ver qué tipo de explicación se le puede dar a esto.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment and upon arrival, after 12 hours of travel, I found everything dirty and filled with the owner's belongings all over the cabinets and on the sofa bed. They confirmed WiFi, which then was non-existent, the door lock didn't work well and I couldn't close it, they gave me a key to another floor that didn't correspond to mine, they provided the accommodation contract without an inventory (no furniture count, photos, condition of the property...) I had to stay two nights in a hotel because it was impossible to sleep there. They didn't want to provide any solution after waiting the entire weekend saying they had a very busy schedule. Very poor management overall. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: I scheduled to see a parking spot at 1:00 PM, I come from BCN, it's an hour's drive, and when I get here, they tell me it's reserved. Very bad, you're not serious!!!!!! I waste my time for nothing!!!!! You're not serious.
